It was 7:45 and I was parking my car in the school parking lot. Today, I was wearing this red 'idiot' flannel that Michael made and gave to me, black leggings and black Doc Martins. I exited my car and walked past the gate. As I was walking over to my group of friends, I saw Calum. Calum was sitting alone on the steps of the quad area. I felt really bad for him because I know how hard it is to be the new kid at school or at least have no friends. I thought to myself 'should I go over there and introduce him to my group of friends?' And thats exactly what I did.I slowly walked over to Calum.
As I was walking over to him, I saw Monica,Luke,Michael, and Ashton looking at me with a confused look on their face. I finally reached Calum and he immediately looked up. "Hey" I said. "Hey Mackenzie" Calum said with a fake smile. " Do you wanna join me and meet some of my friends?" I asked hoping he would say yes or else it would be really awkward. "Sure, I would love too" Calum said really happy. We then walked over to my group of friends. "Hey guys" I said. "Hey, who's this?" Ashton asked. "Guys, this is Calum; Calum this is Luke 'hello', Michael 'I like Pizza' , Ashton 'Hello mate', and Monica 'Hiyyaaa'." "Hi, nice to meet you guys." Calum said. Afterwards, the bell rang.
We then went to our classes. Classes were pretty boring but at least in my classes i have someone to talk to. First half of the day went pretty fast and before i knew it, it was lunch time. My favorite part of hell. I walked over to the lunch tables to see my friends, but the only person I saw right now was Luke. I gave Luke a quick hug and I asked " Hey, Where's everyone?" "They are still getting out of their classes but they will be here soon." Luke said. "Sooooo, what do you think of Calum?" I asked. "he's a pretty chill mate." He said. "Glad you like him." I said. I soon saw all of them walking towards the table with Calum, I'm really glad that they like him. We all sat down and ate our lunch.
After we finished our lunch, we started exchanging our numbers to Calum since he's our friend now. By the time we were done the bell rang which meant we had to go back to our classes, but the day went fast and I went back home.I was at my front door expecting no one to be home. And I was right, but i didn't mind, parents are working for me to survive so i shouldn't complain.It was dark out and decided to get ready and sleep. Im pretty happy that its the weekend tomorrow so I can hang out and chill. I checked my Instagram to see if I missed anything and i soon fell asleep.
