V then blasted the elevator wires so everyone could survive in the elevator.
Tessa alerted J to go and try and save V, but it was too late. The sentinels got to V, cornering her before brutally tearing her apart.
Luckily they were able to clone V using her leftover oil and spare parts from her deceased body and other parts from other disassembly drones...V was back...! but no memory, she completely forgot everything besides her name and her purpose
No one took this easy, N was a complete mess, Tessa felt like she failed everyone, Uzi was almost fully possessed by Cyn, and finally J, J felt guilt for not being in there to save V in time blaming herself every time she was alone, though of course it was obvious J wasn't taking this easy either no matter how hard she tried to hide it.
V couldn't understand anything happening, why everyone was so upset, why she couldn't remember anything, even V herself knew she lost her memory though everyone, even Uzi, tried getting her to remember, after a few days, she was able to remember everyone not everything, everyone besides, J.
unfortunately V wasn't able to remember J which made J feel worse that her own best friend wasn't able to remember her, But were they really just "best friends"? (sorry for adding that little romance part but it's oilrose so who cares)
It's another miserable day, for J at least,
J walks out the landing pod only for V to walk past her to go in the landing pod to greet the others,
"Excuse me, uhh...J? right?"
"yeah."
it hurt J for her own best friend to walk past her
without saying anything besides "Excuse me"

today i walked past a stranger,
though it was strange.
I knew what she liked
I knew what she disliked
I knew her favorite colour
I knew everything about her,
but still, strangers.

V felt something walking past J she felt as if something was missing, she didn't know what it was but she knew she was missing something, especially when she was with the others

today i walked past that J girl
she's pretty!
though, it felt as if something was missing,
i don't know what, but something someone

every time i'm around her, it feels as if i've known her my entire life but yet, i don't remember her.

after that "interaction" with V, J then goes to some sort of hiding spot to just cry. No one knew how bad it hurt her that V didn't remember to the point she stopped bullying N or stopped being rude in general, She felt as if it was her fault V died, why V didn't remember her. J just sobbed and cried until a certain someone heard her cry
(u won't guess who) it was V, suprisingly.
"hey...? J...? you alright..?"
*J gasped and quickly wiped away her tears and looked over at V*
"m-me..?? oh...yeah..! don't worry about me...!"
*V tilted her head in confusion*
"but I just saw you crying your guts out...! I know I don't remember you but...you can still talk to me..."
"really...?"
"no, I'm just messing with you. Well what do you think??? why would I lie about something as far as being there for someone?!"
"right...yeah, sorry."
"no need to apologize. So, talk to me."
"uhm...this is a little corny but the whole reason i'm crying is because...b-because...uhm...because of...y-you not remembering...me..."
"oh...i sort of assumed that was the reason...but i can't really control of what i forget and what i remember..."
"but see the thing is...before you...you died...we did almost everything together...! and always bonded with eachother ever since we were still worker drones in the mansion..!!!"
*J was about to cry again just confessing that all to V knowing that V couldn't remember*
"wait...your J right...? Serial Designation J...?!?!"
*V's faces lightens up a little as she looks at J right in the eyes holding onto J's shoulders now*
"yeah...?"
"THE ONE WHO USED TO STEAL TESSA'S RIBBONS TO PUT HER HAIR IN PIGTAILS...?!?!"
"yes..?? but how do you-..."
"I REMEMBER EVERYTHING NOW THANKS TO YOU...!!!"
"WHAT???"
*J was about to cry tears of happiness while V on the other hand was really happy and had other emotions right now*
"HAHA...I LOVE YOU TOO SILLY!!"
"what...???"
"DONT YOU REMEMBER THAT ONE TIME IN THE MANSION??? I NEVER SAID IT BACK BUT NOW I CAN...I LOVE YOU J!!!"
*J then remembered that one time V was talking about and blushed a little not that J was complaining though*
"I...love you too, V."
