All the emotions for a year ago comes flooding back as Jere parks

" let's go" Jere says jumping out of the car, both you and belly hesitating " you wanna go first" belly asks making you immediately shake your head as a feeling of nervousness hits you

She walks in first and all you could hear was Conrad going " what's she doing her" he says almost mad, at this point you had regretted even coming as you step out slowly coming in to view suddenly very aware and your confidence drops as you stand awkwardly

" ok what are they doing here" he gives you one glance before his eyes land on belly again " so this is why you haven't been answering my calls" Jere asks changing the subject completely " Jere did you not here what I said, there selling this house, mom's house" Conrad says turning to Jere " why would your dad sell this house" belly asks taking the words out of your mouth

" he's not but aunt Julia is, moms half sister" he says turning to her " can't dad buy it from her" Jere says " he doesn't have the money, with college and the medical bills. IT's hopeless" Conrad says " yeah Conrad I know the medical bills cos I was there, you ran off to college now you want to save the day" Jere said annoyed " fuck College" Conrad comes back at him " Conrad we went looking for you, i thought I'd find you lying in a ditch somewhere, you don't care about anyone but yourself" Jere says before walking out

" sorry if me being here makes it weird" belly says approaching him as you turn to go to the kitchen getting a glass of water

Before looking at the view from the window, feeling bad for coming. As the door shuts again and belly walks away slowly down to the beach you make your way to the living room again

" long time no see" you say as he turns slightly " yeah" he mumbles siting down " don't worry, I'm getting the train as soon as I can, sorry about coming at all. It was stupid" you say making him shake his head " I'm assuming you didn't come on your free Will, sorry about jere calling you. None of this is your responsibility," he says making you nod " I don't care how shit ended con but I'm always gonna care about you and your family" you say making him nod
" thanks and really no need for a train, if you want you can stay in till Jere leaves. I'm sure Nicole and some of the girls will wanna see you" he says making you nod

" alright thanks," you smile before walking away to the kitchen again

Conrad pov

With everything going on I had barely noticed the changes in her, she's a whole new person.
Her hair had gotta lighter, her eyes were cold maybe that's just with me but her natural ice blue eyes had dimmed making them appear darker.

It still kills me with how things ended but I think both me and Jere can Admit that belly will always have a hold on us even when I had a perfect relationship, I'm surprised she even came. She's gone off to college probably only came because of Jere and she knows how hard it was after mom's death but still it shows how genuine she is, she walks out side with her phone in hand and sits by the pool where we had spent all some talking about what ever came into our heads

Leah

" hey" you say as Niki answers the phone, " hey babes, what the hell happened last night. You're in cousins" she says making you nod over FaceTime " yep, didn't know I missed this place in till I came" you smile sadly " shit and what's going on, did you guys find Conrad" she asks putting on makeup " yep, the house is getting sold oh and belly's here too" you say making her eyes go wide " so it's like awkward af" she says with a gasp " yep pretty much" you smile " so how long you guys gonna be there" she asks

" I don't know, maybe a few days" you answer making her nod " ok, well I gotta go. I'll call you later" she say hanging up

By this time it was starting to get dark so you make your way inside, " hey ima order pizza, cheese and pepperoni" you ask and Jere and Conrad nod " does belly like that" you ask
" yeah probably, if you call we'll can go to get it" Conrad smiles slightly making you nod " perfect" you say walking out

"Hey could I get 2 large pepperoni pizzas" you say as a man answers the phone " yeah that'll be 28 dollars, should be done in 10 to 15 minutes" he answers "perfect thank you" you say before hanging up

" will we get going" you ask Conrad and he nods " be back in 20" he says getting up taping jere's leg.

" wanna drive" he asks messing with his keys
" yeah sure, if you trust me" you smile catching the keys getting in to the drives seat. It was silent for the first few minutes before he speaks up "so how's college, heard your doing nursing" he says making you nod " yeah, year done" I smile making him nod as my phone rings,
" want me to check it" he says and I nod "Austin" he says and I shake my head " it's fine, he can wait" I say and he nods awkwardly putting my phone down

" I'll go get" I say as I pull up then get out of the car, " order for Leah Jones" I say before getting the pizza, the drive home was quite but not awkward

I leave the pizza in the kitchen and everyone comes taking a few slices before going out septet ways " do you guys mind is I crash in Stevens room" i asks before they all nod " yeah, goodnight" belly smiles just making me nod awkwardly

I eat pizza before dozing off.

I wake up later then usually to find no one in the house, " Jere where ye gone" I say through the phone, " me and bells gone to get food, well and to visit aunt Julia. She flew in yesterday" Jere says getting quieter at the end " things still going forward with selling the house" you ask taking a sip of water from your bottle
" yeah looks like it, I gotta go but I'll call you later" he says hanging up,

Great, you think to yourself. He asks you here but leaves you in this damn house but some how you still wanted to see how this whole thing will play out cos you don't see the boys letting this aunt sell the house and honestly you can't blame them after growing up here

Conrad comes in to the kitchen, looking awkward as he scratches the back of his head
" hey con, good morning" you say kinda confused " someone at the door looking for ya" he says before walking out the back " what do you mean" you say but he was already gone outside,

" hey what can I do for y.... You" you say opening the door revealing Austin " hey, what are you doing here" you ask giving him a confused look " we have our location on for each other so I know where to find you when you disappear and decide not to answer your phone" he says says showing his phone where he had called you 25+ times

" so you decide to just show up, I'm sorry shits been crazy and my phones been on mute" you say closing the door behind you making sure Conrad wasn't listening " well I'm here now, are you coming back with me,"he says

" austin this is crazy, you knew I was figuring things out so you decided drive 4 hours cos I wasn't answering for a few hours" you say with your eyes widened " and I'm staying here in till things with the house gets sorted" you say stepping back in to the house " I'll call when I get the chance," you say before closing the door again
