BloodWell: the user can draw spilled blood in the area into themselves, storing it. They can expend this stored blood to transform and alter their body, allowing them to shapeshift or sprout organic weapons such as tails, spines, wings, etc
Siphon: upon touch, the user can drain the blood from a targets body, absorbing it to empower themselves and grant them increased strength. This quirk can only work on skin-to-skin contact, and the stolen strength will eventually wear off.
You also have a bunch of knifes hidden under your clothes, knifes strapped to thighs etc..
