"Maa", said Akshara slowly. She lifted her teary lashes and looked at her mother-in-law standing there with a hand on her mouth.

"Akshu", said Manajrai. She took calculative steps towards her. "Kya hua hai beta".

"Maa, I came here to urinate but when I saw this I freaked out", said Akshara while showing her blooded panties to Manjari.

Manjari didn't know anything about this. What she knew was that blood was not a good sign. "Akshu are you feeling any pain, bacha", asked Manjari.

Akshara shook her head. "Maa, mere bache", said Akshara.

"Kuch nhi hoga, tere bachon ko. Jab tak mai hoon mai tujhe aur tere bachon ko kuch nhi hone doongi", said Manjari. She immediately took the action.

"Akshu, hum abhi doctor ke pass jaa rhe hai bacha. Tu change kr jaldi se", said Manjari. She helped Akshara to change. She kept her bloodied panties in the polythene bag to show it to the doctor. She took all of Akshara's reports from the almirah and kept them with her. It's good she knew everything in this room.

"Maa, mujhe bahur dar lag rha hai. Sab theek hoga na", said Akshara while crying.

"Shh! Tu rona band kr pehle", said Manjari while wiping her tears. "Sab theek hoga. Tu acha sochegi toh acha hi hoga". Manjari took Akshara's hand and helped her in coming down from the stairs. She kept everything in the car and carefully helped Akshara to sit in the backseat. She instructs the driver to go to the Birla Hospital.

Manjari is showing a brave face in front of Akshara. In reality, she is scared as hell. She is trembling from inside praying in mind for the well-being of her Akshara and her grandchildren.

Akshara is in a trance. She has her hand on her tummy caressing it lightly praying for their well-being. She knew her pregnancy was complicated but she didn't expect complications to arise this soon. She loved her children dearly. She can't imagine life without them now. She can't lose them. It will break her.

Akshara started shivering slightly. Manjari looked at her. She is looking so fragile right now. She immediately wrapped her arms around her and started whispering sweet nothings in her ears. "Shh! Kuch nhi hoga. Shant ho ja bilkul. Kuch bhi nhi hoga na tujhe aur na hi tere bacho ko", said Manjari while consoling her.

Both of them were so lost in their own musings, that they forgot to inform anyone in the family about this incident. Manjari's whole focus is to reach the hospital as soon as possible and Akshara is not thinking of anything apart from her children.

Meanwhile, Abhi is feeling restless. He is sitting in the airport waiting to catch a plane for Delhi. His flight got delayed for two hours due to weather disturbances. He called the hospital to inform about his flight when he got to know that his patient was also doing well for the time being. He was stable for now.

Abhi took a breath of relief, at least the patient was fine. He thought to call Akshara and talk to her about something. He didn't know why is he feeling so restless. Like something is about to happen. Something, big is going to happen.

He called Akshara but she didn't pick up his phone. She forgets her phone at home. Here, Abhi is moving to and fro in the airport waiting for Akshara to pick up her phone. He dialled Manjari's number but it was switched off. He didn't find it strange because Manjari generally forgets to keep her phone with her or to charge her phone. The family members can never get the hang of Manjari through her mobile phone.

Finally, Abhi called at home when he couldn't reach to both of them. The house help received the call after a few rings.

"Hello", said Abhi.

"Hello, ji aap kaun bol rhe hai", asked the house help.

"Mai Abhi baat kr rha hoon. Kya aap maa ya Akshu se meri baat krva sakti hai unka phone nhi lag rha hai", replied Abhi.s

"Ohh, Abhi baba. Maaf kijiyega maine apko pehchana nhi", said the help.

"Koi baat nhi pr kya aap meri baat maa se krva sakti hai", Abhi asked again.

"Baba, ghar pr toh koi nhi hai. Malkin ji Akshu bhabhi ko lekar khi gyi hai. Hume nhi pta woh kha gyi hai. Bas itna pta hai ki Akshu bhabhi bahut ro rhi thi", said the help.

"What ro rhi thi? Pr kyun? Aur woh dono kha gyi hai?" asked Abhi impatiently.

"Humey nhi pta baba. Humey jitna pta tha humne apko utna bta diya", said the help.

"Aap ghar mai kisi aur se pooche", asked Abhi.

"Ji baba hum apko abhi pooch kr batate hai", said the help. She put the phone on hold. Abhi is feeling more restless now.

"Hello, baba", said the help.

"Haa, didi kuch pta chala", asked Abhi frantically.

"Nhi, jayada kuch nhi bas itna pta chala hai ki Akshu bhabhi bahut ro rhi thi aur Shyam dada ke sath khi gyi hai woh dono", said the help. She cut the call then. Abhi is more restless now. Why is Akshara crying? What happened to her? Where did both of them go?

He searched for Shyam's number but couldn't find it. So, he called his father to ask about his number. Harsh received his call in a few rings.

"Haa, Abhimanyu, bolo kuch kaam hai kya?" asked Harsh.

"Sir, I want Shyam Dada's number", said Abhi hurriedly.

"Hain? Main kuch samjha nhi?" asked Harsh. He didn't understand what Abhi was saying.

"Sir, humare driver Shyam dada. Mujhe unka number chahiye. Urgently", asked Abhi frustatedly.

"Kyun sab theek hai na", asked Harsh.

"Sir, mere pass abhi KBC khelne ka time nhi hai. Jaldi se mujhe Shyam dada ka number forward kijiye", said Abhi and cut the call.

He called the hospital in Delhi to inform them that he would not come now, due to some emergency. He ran and claimed his baggage back. He cancelled his tickets. All while he is failing Akshara's number thinking she will lift his call. He ran outside the airport to go back to his home. But he couldn't find a taxi. He received Shyam's number from his dad. He immediately dialled his number.

Shyam picked up the call after a few rings. "Hello", said Shyam. The moment Shyam picked a call Abhi took a huge gulp of breath.

"Shyam Dada, mai Abhi bol rha hoon. Akshu ya Maa hai kya apke sath?" asked Abhi hurriedly.

"Abhi baba, namaste", said Shyam.

"Dada, jo pucha hai maine apse aap woh batiye", said Abhi. Why are they wasting their time in greeting when it is not required?

"Ji, baba. Maine abhi Akshu bhabhi aur malkin ji ko Birla Hospital mai choda hai. Akshu bhabhi bahut ro rhi thi", informed Abhi.

"Kyun, kya hua. Kyun ro rhi thi", asked Abhi hurriedly.

"Woh, pta nhi baba. Bas itna pta hai malkin ji unhe yeh bol rhi thi ko kuch nhi hoga unhe", said Shyam and suddenly the phone got disconnected.

"Helloo, hello", said Abhi on the phone. Why the hell did the driver disconnect the call? When he saw his phone, it turned off due to low battery. "Damn it, ise bhi abhi off hona tha kya".

He tried to get a taxi but couldn't get it. He is running for fifteen minutes here and there to get the taxi. Finally, he found a taxi. "Birla Hospital. Jaldi chalo", he said to the taxi driver.

"Sir, Birla Hospital toh yha se bahut door hai. Uska charge extra lagega", said the driver.

"I will pay you triple, bs mujhe jaldi se wha paucha do", said Abhi.

"Hey mahadev, sab theek ho please. Meri Akshu aur mere bacho ko theek rakhna", prayed Abhi.
