"So y/n" the happy wolf speaks causing my head to lift towards her voice across the table from me.
"Yes Enid?" I question putting my fork down and wipe my mouth quickly with the back of my hand. Trying to get as much syrup from my pancakes off my lips

"How is things going with Wednesday?"
"They're not going anywhere, And you know that. Stop asking" I say flatly. She examines my face for a few seconds
"Why don't you just tell her?" My eyes shoot up from my plate and look into her blue ones.
"And have my throat cut? No thank you. I would like to keep my head"
"But-"
I sign. Wiping my hands on my pants. Trying to rid the sweat forming and slight sticky residue of syrup off them.
"There's no but Sinclair. Wednesday and I aren't even close to being friends. There's no chance for more"
"You don't know that-"
"Enid. I love you very dearly. You know that" the blonde quirks up at my comment and nods her head quickly with a large smile "as much as I love you and I usually listen and take your opinions and advice very seriously...I am not going to do either of those things for this situation. I would like to keep my limbs attached to my body"
Her smile drops and she rolls her eyes playfully at me. Picking up a strawberry and eyeing me carefully. A cheeky smile takes over her lips
"Don't you dare Enid" I warn holding my hands up in front of my face. But nothing happens. I put my hands down and look at her questionably. Next thing I know a strawberry is thrown and hits me square in the forehead
Her smile grows bigger and small giggles leave her lips
"Sinclair!" I pick up a strawberry from my plate and throwing it in her direction

The blonde and I became friends when I first started attending the school last semester. Yoko happily introduced us after learning that I was yet to shift into my wolf form, just like Enid. The distress of not being able to shift slightly lifted off Enid's shoulders when she learnt she wasn't alone in the process.

"Okay okay I surrender, I surrender" the blonde holds her hands up before letting them fall into her lap when I hum in agreement "at least try becoming friends with her. As awkward as you are. Just try spend some time with her...talk to her about something she likes. I think she would appreciate that. She'd never admit to it though" Enid starts up the conversation of a certain goth again
"Not happening. I can't even step foot  into your room with Wednesday around. And that's when you are there. Imagine me being alone with her"
Enid chuckles. Standing and moving over to the side of the lunch table where I am sitting. She wraps her arm around me and pulls my body against hers
"Oh how I love your awkwardness. For a werewolf you're so quiet and reserved"
"Shut up" I push her away playfully but seconds later she has both arms wrapped around my body in a bone crushing hug
"Enid get off before you squeeze my eyes out of their sockets!" I mumble against her chest as I try to push her away but struggle with my arms pinned to my body. This only causes the blondes arms to wrap even tighter around me
"Oh but I love you so much!"
"Okay wolfie. I love you too. Now Let me go" i mumble once again as I pat her waist gently and she reluctantly lets me go with a quick kiss on the forehead

Wednesday pov:
"Enid needs to learn how to clean up after herself" I mumble as I quicken my pace "her hair...on my side of the room. She sheds like a dog" I clench my fists at the idea. Her colourful hair infecting my personal belongings and side of the room.
I walk through the quad quickly. Looking for the werewolf. I spot her blonde hair quickly and start walking towards her. Her arms wrapped tightly around someone. Their face shoved deep into her chest tightly. I watch with a raised brow. If Enid dared to touch me at all I'd cut her arms off. Let alone let her suffocate me to death like she's doing to this poor person.
Enid pulls away. Planting a quick kiss to the persons forehead. I finally see who it is. Y/n smiles up at Enid. A cheeky grin crossed Enid's face as she looks down at them.
I stiffen. Are they together? I look down at my feet quickly before spinning on my heals and walking in the other direction
