" I'm sorry about Jay and your clothes ." Mama Osama said handing me Jay's hoodie fresh out the dryer .
"It's alright ."I said.
"You want something to eat nina ?We ordered pizza ." She said .
"No I'm gonna take a shower and get ready for school tomorrow .." I told her
"Okay I'll be here if you need me ." She replied .
I walked to Jay's bedroom and entered his bathroom to take a shower .
After I finished my shower I put on Jay's hoodie and started thinking about him heavily .
I wonder how he's doing in there . I hope I could talk to him tomorrow I feel so lost without him .
I lied in our bed and started reminiscing about us on the verge of tears .
"YOO mh I could talk to you real quick ?!" DD called from outside knocking on the door .
"Yea come in ." I responded .
He opened the door slowly.
"Yo .. You okay ?" He asked .
"Yea ." I nodded .
"You sure Y/n ? That shit scared me earlier Ian gone lie I thought I lost you ."
He came over and sat on my bed .
"It happens when I get overwhelmed. It's been like that since my parents died ."I answered.
"Damn I'm sorry mh ." He said remorseful .
"It's not your fault DD . It's just how it is ." I told him .
"You gone be okay in here by ya self ? You can come sleep in Notti's bed .
"You gone be ight in here by yourself?" He asked .
"I think so." I answered .
"You sure ?" He asked .
"Yeah I'm positive ." I replied .
"Ian gone lie I'm not jacking leaving you by ya self .Look how bout you come sleep in my bed for the night . I'll sleep in Notti's .Just so I could keep an eye on you mh ."
" I don't know ." I answered already having a bad feeling .
"Come mh . I won't try nothing . I just wanna make sure you alright ." He said .
"Okay okay ." I agreed .
We walked to his room and he closed the door .
"My bad mh . Lemme get all this shit out the way ." He said starting to move his things off the bed .
He quickly remade it .
"Here you go mh . It's all yours ." He said plopping on Notti's bed .
"Thankyou DD ." I said laying on the bed .
His cologne lingered all over the covers and oddly it helped me fall asleep .
It felt like I had only been sleep for a few minutes when I jumped up from a bad dream .
DD who was sitting up smoking weed at the time ran to my rescue .
"Mh. You okay ?" His voice cracked while he dropped his blunt in his ashtray before coming to sit with me.
He softly rubbed my back in circles .
"Yeah . I- I'm just worried about Jay ." I said.
"It's okay mh . It's okay ." He said softly before sniffling .
I looked into his eyes and seen they were puffy and bloodshot red.
DD had been crying .
"DD? Are you okay ?" I asked him grabbing his hand .
"Oh nah Yeah I'm good mh . I was just up thinkin bout Notti and shit." He said .
" I know how you feel DD ." I said .
I didn't know what else to say but I knew exactly how he felt .
"Mh ? Can you do something for me ?" He asked .
"Of course What is it ?" I asked him .
" Ayo we could sleep with eachother for the night ? I promise I won't do nothing I don't wanna be alone tonight mh."

"I don't know DD It's kinda weird I mean I'm with your brother -"
"Pleaaseee mh . Pleaseee ." He begged . The pain in his eyes made my stomach turn .
I never seen him so hurt before and after all I didn't want to be alone myself .
"Okay DD. But promise me one thing . Promise that you wont tell anybody ."
"I promise mh ."
We crawled into the bed and lied closely next to eachother and we ended up falling asleep .
