disclaimer: i don't own the hunger games, obviously, and the only characters that belong to me are cassi, avian, and facet as shown in this book.
also i had originally put this book in all lowercase but i lowk hate it so im changing that currently. so if some are lowercase and some are uppercase that's why!
also the relationship between cassi and snow is likely not going to be the healthiest, just based on who is. but, in order to make this book writeable and snow not a terrible person he might be a little out of character. but, i will attempt to make him as close to how he is.
