As you entered the hallway, Rose noticed Jay was leaning on the locker, engaged in a deep conversation with Jake.
Rose: (whispering, nudging Y/n) "Ooh, look who's there."
Yunjin: (giggling, sneaking a glance) "Jay and his little sidekick."
Y/n: (stifling a laugh) "Please, for god's sake, don't say that in front of them."
Yunjin: (rolling her eyes, sarcastic) "Oh, right. Or we'll become the breakfast of an angry tiger."
Rose: (scoffing) "Tiger? More like a puppy."
Yunjin: (smiling) "I was talking about Jay."
Rose: (grinning) "Oh, my bad. I thought you meant Jake."
Y/n: (sighing) "You're the one who always starts the fight, Rose."
Rose: (shrugging, crossing her arms) "Oh, come on, Y/n. Jake teases me too, so I just respond back."
Y/n: (rolling her eyes) "That's called arguing, not responding back."
You and Yunjin share a laugh, while Rose stands there, mockingly rolling her eyes before nudging you both.
Yunjin: (walking ahead) "Come on, let's go say hi."
The three of you walk over to Jay and Jake, still chuckling amongst yourselves.
Jake: (noticing the girls approaching, grinning) "Hey there, my Powerpuff Girls!"
Yunjin: (playfully bumping his shoulder) "Hey! What's up?"
Jay: (leaning back against the locker) "Not much. There was just some negative energy in class, so I was catching up with Jake here."
Y/n: (curious) "Negative energy?"
Jay: (smiling) "Oh, just some stuff—nothing serious."
You made an "O" face while Rose glanced at Jake.
Rose: (raising an eyebrow at Jake) "So, Jake, how's it going?"
Jake: (smiling) "All good. Just the usual. What about you?"
Rose: (teasing) "Just watching you two inseparable buddies."
Jay: (laughing) "Inseparable buddies? More like partners in crime, right Jake?"
Jake: (playfully rolling his eyes) "Oh please, Jay. If anything, you're the mastermind here."
Yunjin: (laughing) "Well, at least you both found your match."
Rose: (teasingly) "Yeah, a match made in chaos."
Jake: (mockingly) "Chaos? Says the one who always meddles in others business."
Rose: (offended) "I prefer to call it 'adding excitement."
This is how Rose and Jake again started arguing.
