The dance practice had been going on for a while, and by now, most of us were feeling the strain. Only Tabitha and Ki'liyah were still fully energized while the others lay on the floor, panting and sweating. "Let's take a break yall." Christopher made his way to the couch and slumped onto the sofa. Tabitha and Ki'liyah wandered over to Reign, who was already seated on the sofa, looking equally exhausted. Christopher sat beside her, his head tilted towards the wall, his Adam's apple protruding from his throat as he swallowed. "You good?" Reign asked, glancing at Christopher. "Yeah, I'm good." He glanced back with a little smile.

As Reign's lips curled into a small smile, Christopher turned away. Ki'liyah and Tabitha slowly walked away with their eyes still on the two. "Can you pass me my water bottle?" He asked. Reign's arm extended behind her to grasp the water bottle, causing her shirt to stretch and reveal an imprint of her chest to Christopher. He couldn't help but stare, transfixed by the sight. Just as Reign turned to face him, Christopher averted his gaze and pretended to look at the floor. Reign handed Christopher his water, their hands briefly touching. They shared a moment of eye contact before Reign looked away. Christopher slightly smirked before taking a sip of his water.

Reign noticed that Hyunjin was staring at her, and when they made eye contact, they both burst into laughter. "I'm going to go to Hyunjin," Reign said, standing up, while Hyunjin fell onto the floor, still laughing. Reign walked up to Hyunjin with a smile, and Hyunjin looked up at her with a smile before laughing again. "You're funny. I like how you dance," he said, taking a deep breath to calm down his laughter. "Thank you, you too." She said, sitting next to him. Hyunjin burst out laughing as the silence between the two was funny. The two laughed and talked before the door opened, and someone entered the room.

Confused, Tabitha, Reign, and Ki'liyah watched as everyone on the floor stood up and bowed 90 degrees to the man. Christopher spoke to the man in Korean, confirming that Reign was the dance teacher and Tabitha and Ki'liyah came along. The man's gaze shifted to the three of them. "Hello, you must be Reign, my name is Park Jin-young." The man walked up to Reign with his hand already extended. Reign shook his hand. "Hi, It's nice to meet you." She smiled, letting go of his hand. Park Jin-young now averted his gaze to Ki'liyah and Tabitha, smiling. "You guys must be her friends. Nice to meet you." He greeted the other two girls while the two girls smiled back at him. Park Jin-young turned around and walked to Lee Know. "So how is the dance coming out?" Park Jin-young asked.

"We've completed the beginning, we just need to finish the end," Reign replied to him. "Can I have a look at it? Just dance alone," the man requested. Reign nodded and stood in front of the mirror. Han rushed across the room and played the song. Reign began to dance, not looking around. She danced to the beat flowingly, forgetting that everyone was watching her. At the end of her dance, everyone applauds. "That's great to hear. I'm hoping that y'all can finish the dance before November 10th, as that's when the music video is supposed to come out," announced Park Jin-young. "Don't worry, it's going to be ready," Reign smiled, assuring him. Ki'liyah and Tabitha then walked to their seats as Park Jin-young nodded and left the room.

"Let's continue." Reign clapped her hands, bringing attention. Everyone except Ki'liyah and Tabitha sighed loudly. Kiliyah's laugh drew attention, causing everyone to turn towards her. Seungmin, the guy who resembled a puppy, couldn't help but be mesmerized by Ki'liyah's infectious laughter. He watched as she laughed heartily and he found himself drawn to her. Seungmin's gaze lingered on Ki'liyah for a few more seconds, and he felt a smirk form on his face as he appreciated her beauty. Ki'liyah caught Seungmin's gaze and smiled back at him, feeling a spark of attraction between them. They held each other's gaze for a while, and Ki'liyah could feel her cheeks turning pink as she became increasingly shy. She looked away, feeling a little self-conscious, but couldn't help stealing a few more glances at Seungmin. Seungmin, on the other hand, couldn't take his eyes off Ki'liyah. When Ki'liyah's phone rang, she left the room to answer.

6:30 pm

"Can't we come up with any ideas?" Hyunjin asked. "Well, we could invite Nova to help us tomorrow. She's a skilled dancer like us," Reign suggested. "Should I text her and ask her to come over?" Ki'liyah, Nova's sister, offered to help. Reign nodded. "If we don't get anything to do, we can go home." Christopher stated. Everyone silently said, 'yes' as they grabbed their belongings. Ki'liyah, Tabitha, and Reign said their goodbyes, leaving the dance room. They all left the entertainment as the hot wind of Malibu hit their face. The three girls entered Reign's car, glad it was cool inside.

"That wasn't even bad," Ki'liyah said, entering the passenger seat. "Right, some of them weren't even bad." Reign commented. "I saw you got your eyes on Chris ." Tabitha joked, smirking. "Righttt, you were staring at those two mad hard," Ki'liyah added. "We don't talk about that so shut up." Reign cut them off. Ki'liyah and Tabitha burst into laughter at her reaction. "And Ki'liyah, you shouldn't be talking. I saw your interactions with Seungmin." Reign started the engine. Tabitha laughed even harder while Ki'liyah was shocked. "Woah, we don't talk about that." Ki'liyah said. Tabitha continued to laugh, wiping a tear from her eye. Reign chuckled, driving to Ki'liyah's house.

"Sleepover today?" Tabitha asked, calming down from the laughter. "Yeah, my dad wouldn't mind," Ki'liyah answered. "Alright." Reign said, entering Ki'liyah's driveway. They exited the car and rang the doorbell. A few seconds went by, and Ki'liyah's dad opened the door. "Hey guys, sleepover today?" Her dad smiled, greeting them. The three girls nodded while Ki'liyah's dad let her in. They all went upstairs to Ki'liyah's room and got comfortable. Ki'liyah turned on the TV and played The Crown on Netflix.
