As the guests began to leave, Kim stayed behind in order to discuss some things with Kat. Who was busy saying her goodbyes to her guests. She looked at the glass in her hands, twirling it around and watched as the liquid inside moved. Occasionally brushing the hair out of her face, waiting patiently for Kat to be finished. That's when Wenny touched her shoulder, making Kim tense at the touch before calming down. She faced Wenny, she looked confused. "Are you not heading home?" Wenny asked, waiting for a response. "I think I'll stay behind for a bit longer.." Replied Kim, glancing at Kat before returning her gaze to Wenny. She sighed, "Well me and Allen are heading home-, so Bye!" She said, walking away towards Allen. He waved before following behind Wenny. Once they left, she put the glass on a table and approached kat. Who just finished greeting the last of her guests that night, Kat raised a brow when she saw Kim coming towards her. "Aren't you going to head home? It's pretty late" Kat stated as she glanced around the empty room. Kim gazed elsewhere, "You see kat, my car broke down once I got here.." She replied, looking at Kat. "Why didn't you tell me! I can arrange someone to get you home just hold on-" She took out her phone , unlocking the password and Went to get Kim a driver to take her home. Though she wasn't sure if anyone would be available at this hour. "Kat it's fine, I can stay here can't i?" Kim questioned, it came more of a plead which caused Kat's attention to turn to Kim. "Sure I guess..but the guestrooms aren't ready, it hasn't really been used since you left.." Claimed Kat as she put her phone back into her pocket. Calling one of the maids to arrange Kim's room.

The next morning, Kim woke up with a slight headache. Soothingly rubbing her temples in hopes that the headache would go away soon. The light had already shone through the curtains, getting into her face. Suddenly someone knocked on her door and opened it slowly. "Looks like someone's finally awake" Kat jokingly said as she leaned on the door frame. Looking at Kim who was still a bit tired. "Breakfasts almost ready, so get dressed- Oh and I got someone to fix your car" She added before closing the door and left Kim to herself. Kim sighed and got out of bed to get ready. After a few minutes, she was looking through the wardrobe which was filled with her old clothes. Picking the one she liked most, which consisted of a Black top with long sleeves that became puffy at the ends. A white skirt and black sheers. Along with a black beret with a white ribbon and heels. She brushed her hair and curled it. Once she was finally done, she went downstairs to eat breakfast. Kat was already there at the table, helping herself to the blueberry pancakes with some berries and syrup. She sat near Kat and her plate was already piled with the same.

In between breakfast, they chatted and caught up with eachother since it had been a while since they've talked. It was when suddenly Kim got a phone call, she ignored it at first with Kat insisting she pick it up. After a few more phone calls, she finally picked up. "What is it?" She questioned, The voice on the other end seemed to be panicking. "Miss Eurig-! The business its-" The person was speaking way to fast for her to understand the situation. Why were they panicking anyway. "Calm down, Then tell me what happened" Kim stated, kat watched her in confusion. That's when she saw Kim's expression turn into shock and yelled "What do you mean the business has gone bankrupt?!"

Kim drive as fast as she could without getting pulled over. She was panicking, her hard earned business with the help of kat was going bankrupt. But it didn't make sense, it was fine yesterday when someone had told her about what happened. This whole thing wasn't making sense. Though she could feel her heart crumble into pieces, who would have done something like this. After a few more minutes she finally arrived, getting out her car and went to one of her workers. "Miss Eurig your finally here!" The worker exclaimed, his tone was filled with relief when she arrived. She headed inside when someone approached her, handing her a folder. She glanced at the worker, it probably the same one on the call earlier. She hesitantly opened it to see the business rise and downfall. Some how someone had used their money, all of it last night. Kim couldn't believe it. She didn't want to believe it. She looked around, the place was empty. That's when she felt a hand on her shoulder, she turned to see kat with a pitying look on her face. Kim started to crumble as tears escaped her eyes, ruining her mascara she had put on earlier. Kat brought into her embrace, caressing her back gently in means to calm her down. She then took Kim to her office, which one of the workers had told her where it was.

Once kat entered Kim's office, it was neat and tidy. Everything looked spotless unlike her own office which was riled up with paperwork. She sat Kim down on the couch as she watched Kim weep into her own hands. Kat continued to caress her back, wondering who could have done it. It could possibly be one of the workers but then it couldn't be as well. "It's ok Kim, we will get to the bottom of this somehow." Kat muttered, as Kim faced her. Her face was wet from all the tears and her make up was ruined. "Really?" Mumbled Kim, her voice cracking in between. She nodded in reply as Kim hugged her almost immediately after. "Your the best kat. Remember that"
