As she ties the rope round the fan
She chuckles at the Deja vu
Only 3 years ago she had hung rope on the same fan
But now she was 15
She understood what life was
How unforgiving and cruel it was.
As she takes the final breath
A breath full of relief
Full of peace
This time she locked the door
Leaving a note full of sorrow on it
Once a little girl, now only a teenager
Took her own life
At the hands of reality itself.
