I got up, looking at myself in the mirror.

It wasn't great, but it was decent.

I was wearing dark blue bootcut jeans along, coming a belt and a tight black sweater with untied sneakers. I'd never figured out how to do my laces because my parents never really looked after me.

I buckled my belt, adjusting it before tucking my hair behind my ears and heading downstairs.

I walked towards the counter next to Tom, leaning forward as he smiled a little.

"Is there a time where you two aren't fucking? I think I've got brain damage from all of the noise you guys made. Especially with the bed smashing into the wall.. let you know I'm right next to your room, Tom." Bill breathed out, rubbing his temples.

"Not really. Better start wearing earplugs." Tom looked down at my shoes, tilting his head.

"Was just about to ask you." I sighed, looking back up at him.

"What, you never learnt how, ma?" He patted his thigh, kneeling down as I placed my foot on his leg. he tied my laces, looking up at me.

I shook my head.

"That's alright. It can be my job until you get it." he spoke, doing the other shoe before getting up with a small grunt. he then grabbed his keys and looked back at me.

"Alright, let's go." He sighed, putting an arm around my waist before leading me outside.

"Sorry I couldn't make it to the club tonight." I murmured, stammering quietly while I rubbed my nose bridge before looking up at him.

"It's fine. Just wished you could have come, ma." He opened my door, closing it after I got in before heading to the drivers side and getting in.

Tom changed gears, the car stopping. I grabbed my ID, looking back at him.

I leaned in, pushing my lips onto his for a good second before leaving. Tom pursed his lips, laughing a little as I got out in a rush.

His car sped off, and I handed in my ID before heading in.

I walked towards the bar, looking at Kurt lifting his son. "Hey, it's gonna be a long night.. No running off, or you're fired. You know I love ya, but we're really understaffed." He sighed. I nodded, waving to Ollie and plastering a small smile on my face.

While they left, I shifted and grabbed a rag before starting to clean a few shotglasses.

Something felt a little wrong.

As usual, I shook it off. I let out a long sigh as I pulled off my scarf and put it to the side. I then resumed my shift.

It had been a few hours. I think.. 2am? 3?

"Fi! You're on break," Cassie called out. It was only Cassie and I here, and got it was fucking busy. I nodded, giving her a thumbs up. "You got a light?" I pulled out a pack of cigarettes as She tossed me a lighter. I grabbed it and headed to the back of the club.
