There are several reasons why.
But I can't help but think about the little boy to whom you said "goodbye."
We used to play pretend, I'd make the rules and you'd play along. After all, that's what big brothers are supposed to do.
I remember the times where we'd pass the ball in the hallway, just me and you.
Now we act like strangers, even under the same roof. Sure, you came out of your shell eventually, But I will always remember your calm, stoic look.
It's funny, we share so much in common and yet are so different in many ways.
You've changed, but I will still remember our happy, carefree childhood days....
