Through all the dark times,
Who was there when I saw despair.
I wish for my tears to bring you back.
Hearing the news you are gone,
I thought it must have been a lie.
Seeing you there, without breath,
I couldn't believe my eyes.
I am sorry I couldn't be there with you,
I am sorry I couldn't hold you in the last moments.
If only by few minutes earlier I returned home,
Would you have welcomed me with meow?
I wanna scream into the night,
Return to me what I loved!
Return me my dear kitty,
Please give back my baby...
