Quirk Description: One For All is one of the oldest Quirks in existence. It is a combination of a Inheritance Quirk, and a Stockpiling Quirk. One User adds to the power, strengthens its stats, then passes it on. Notes indicate that the Supervillain All For One accidentally created the Quirk in an attempt to help his sickly younger brother. Current Wielder of One For All is Yagi Toshinori, who inherited it from his mentor, Nana Shimura.
Recommended Counter: No viable solution. Play on his Hero-Complex and run. Face-to-Face Combat is simply unviable at this time.

Quirk Description: Self-Explanatory. Telekinesis allows the manipulation of objects through the sheer power of the mind. Magnetic has shown to be strong enough to lift up to 500 LBS of Weight, and fast enough to snatch the entire payload of bullets fired from a M134 Minigun from the air.
Recommend Counter: While she is powerful, she is prone to the weakness of all Espers. Too much activity, and they struggle. Recommended Combat Method is use debris of buildings as projectiles - the more, the better.

Quirk Description: A strange mutation between One For All and Telekinesis. Tatsumaki's Quirk allows her to coat herself in electricity, which she then can manipulate. She is able to use it as a battery, magnet, forcefield, rudimentary telekinesis, railgun, tracker, and a primitive form of aerokinesis.
Recommended Counter: While her Electrokinesis is strong, it is vulnerable. She is stronger in City-like environments, where she can take electricity from technology around her, therefore allowing herself to 'refuel', as it were. Recommended solution is simple... lead her into a poor-electric environment, expend her reserves, either through combat or siphon, then kill her with non-magnetic, chemical-based methods... A specially-made copper bullet or a flamethrower would suffice.

File Four: Rabbid Dog
Name: Bakugou Katsuki
Alias: King Explosion Murder, Lord Explosion Murder, Napalm.
Quirk Description: Bakugou sweats an explosive substance similar to Nitroglycerin, which he can then ignite with his palms. Using a variety of hand-gestures, and with rigorous training, he has been able to create minor explosions, similar to Breach-Charges, to explosions capable of blasting through Military-Grade Steel.
Recommended Counter: While he is strong in Quirk Usage, he is also weak in adaptability. Lead him into a cold environment to negate his sweating, get into dodge-focused close-quarters-combat to force himself to hold back, then simply snap his neck.

Recommended Counter: While I regret having to put this here, it is a precaution. I might be turned against my creations, against my will obviously, through means of either Mind-Control or, much less likely, Hacking. If I am made your enemy, then I must be swiftly defeated and recovered, or if you fail that, if I am too far gone... then I must be Deleted. I recommend being unpredictable, use my strengths against me. Put people I consider true friends & family in harms way, use your codes against me. Use everything you have against me... You, My Creations, are much more important than me. You must survive, and fulfill my dreams, if I can't... Japan, no... The World needs to change...
