They can manipulate electricity, but they aren't Yellows. they can just think of something moving, and it will move, yet they aren't Blues. they can manipulate fire, yet they aren't Reds. they can enter into someone's minds with just a thought. yet they aren't Oranges. They are a whole other type of "freak". they are more dangerous than all, but they are allowed to thrive. Why, may you ask? simple. The camp controllers favor them.
