~Five~

The next morning Tae was walking into school when he felt several eyes on him. He looked around and saw a couple of students whispering to each other while giggling and smiling at him. He furrowed his brows and kept walking. But he was feeling self conscious and slowed his walking, wondering if he looked weird as he walked.

It wasn't until he heard his name being called out that he understood why.

"Taehyung!" He turned to see Jungkook running towards him with a big, goofy grin.

When he reached his side he was out of breath. "Hey, I was just walking by the front office and I saw they posted the list of guys who were picked for the basket boys auction and your name is on it. Isn't that exciting?!"

Tae frowned and asked, "Why is my name on there? I'm not part of any school groups."

"Your name was added by a vote of the school's most popular students. You supposedly received a ton of votes."

Tae was really confused because he had no clue that he was considered popular. "Do I have to do it?"

Jungkook shot him an 'Are you serious?' look and replied, "Yes! You have to do this for the school something or other. I forget how the school benefits from it. But that's not the only reason. I overheard the two most popular girls arguing by their lockers that they were both bidding on you! Can you believe it?"

Taehyung faked a smile and asks, "Will everyone have the chance to bid?"

Jungkook frowns once again and asks, "Are you worried that your stalker is going to bid on you as well?"

"What? What stalker? You're crazy!" Tae responds.

"Seokjin of course! Duh!"

"No.. and don't call him that. I was just asking a simple question."

Jungkook doesn't look convinced but he answers, "Yes, the entire school has a chance to bid."

"Even the teachers?!" Tae asked incredulously.

"Tsk! No stupid! Just the students."

"Oh.. ok."

They then start walking towards their classroom.

A couple of minutes later, Jin and Jimin are walking into the school. They're both laughing and having a good time when suddenly someone steps in front of them.

"The list of the basket boys auction is up. But I just wanted to let you know that I am bidding on Taehyung. And I will win that date with him. So don't bother trying."

Jin replies angrily, "Don't worry, I'm not bidding on anyone. So get out of my way."

They push past her and she yells at him, "Yeah right, everyone knows how much you have been in love with him for years. How much have you saved up for him? Cause I have alot."

Jin tries to ignore her, but Jimin turns and tells her, "Hey bitch. Nobody cares about your obsession over my best friend and Taehyung-ah. You can never compete. You're just a big nobody who has to pay for dates. Now fuck off and leave my friend alone."
