He hates it when she gets sad, cries, or is in pain. He is willing to fight the world for Akshara, including his family. Known as Abhi by only the people he loves the most. Doesn't allow anyone else to call him Abhi. Struggles with anger issues.

Mrs. Akshara "Akshu" Abhimanyu Birla née Goenka - a music therapist with a beautiful voice that soothes whoever hears it. Her voice is what first attracted Dr. Abhimanyu Birla to her, who fell in love with her after knowing how good of a person she is. Beautiful inside and out and filled with lots of life. She loves her husband a lot. Struggles with speaking up, especially against her family members, who she loves and respects a lot.

Kairav Kartik Goenka - older brother to Akshara and Aarohi, and loves them a lot. He manages the jewelry business of the Goenkas. He really wanted to be an artist and is really great at art. Protective of his sisters and argues with anyone who he feels is treating his little sisters poorly, but has a special soft spot for Akshara.

Neil Birla - younger brother of Abhimanyu. Affair child of Abhimanyu's dad Harshvardhan "Harsh" Birla, but realizes very late in life. Considers Manjiri Birla his mother, even though she didn't give birth to him. He also loves Abhimanyu, and is the best friend/younger brother for his bhabi, Akshara. In love with his wife Aarohi, who he loves a lot and connects with. Wanted to be a wonderful dad to his unborn child. Dies a hero while trying to save lots of young girls from an NGO from human trafficking. Never gets to meet his child.

Dr. Aarohi "Aaru" Neil Birla née Goenka - younger half-sister to Kairav and Akshara. Selfish, ambitious, and manipulative, but slowly starts changing after Neil's death. Does truly love Neil. Wishes she could change her past and spend more time with Neil. Lives for her child.
