The Bird Woman: Common Enemies

Here's just a few things I thought of to make it a bit more interesting. I'm going to work on this section more, this is just the beginning.

The Aethrali have a few common enemies, such as cats, coyotes, snakes, humans and dogs. Wolves are also an enemy, but they tend to go after the squirrels more often than birds.

Another enemy is a cat-like creature known as the Felidae. They're usually female, and when in human form they have cat-like features. In their cat form, they have cat ears, a tail and retractable claws, with excellent climbing and sneaking skills.

Felidae usually go after the young or frail, but some male Felidae have been known to go after the adults and therefore make a deadly enemy to the Aethrali.

Cat-shifted Felidae only appear in big cat forms: Lions, jaguars, mountain lions, tigers, leopards, cheetahs, pumas and bobcats.

You can tell that a human is a Felida in disguise when they:

1. Make soft meowing noises randomly under their breath

2. Lick their hands 'accidentally'

3. Hissing when they get upset or bumped into

4. Their eyes often turn into slit-pupiled cat eyes when they're looking at someone they hate; some can control it, though.

Aand... that's all I have for now. Let me know what you think, and I'll see you on the next chapter! <33
