Explanation:
The Takeshi are a unique group of skilled people who have been tasked to take down the organization called, The Mukuro.
The Mukuro is an extremely powerful and skilled organization that is set on taking out the ruler, Chiyo Reiji.
Chiyo Reiji is the ruler of Tahizen, although no one has seen him except for the leader of the Takeshi, he still strikes fear into the hearts of all those who have heard his tale.
