I wrote about Ricky and Gina's first Christmas together in my book Puppy Love, but this doesn't follow that storyline due to the difference in what amorheartz requested! It will have SOME similarities and identical pieces, though!

Gina's POV
"Hey, Gi Want a ride home?"

"That would be great, Ricky. But I do have to tell you something."

"What's up?" He closes his door.

"Jamie...he's coming home tomorrow. Turns out he didn't tell Mom or me. He told Nini. But, things will probably be busy...and confusing tomorrow, so I guess I'll see you on Christmas, right?"

"Yeah. You guys will come to ours to celebrate. Jamie is welcome too."

"Thanks, Ricky."

"Of course. Goodnight, Gina."

"Bye bye, Ricky."

•••Christmas•••

Ricky's POV
"Ricky! They're here!" My dad calls me into the room.

"I love you." Gina mouthed, blowing me a kiss.

"Mike, it's...wonderful to finally meet you." Gina's mom says, forcing a smile and shaking my dad's hand.

"You too, Terri."

"Good afternoon, Miss Porter."

"You too, Ricky." She states grimly.

•••later, at the dinner table•••

"This is torture."

The dinner was great, and our families got along, but it wasn't very fun for us teenagers.

"Ricky?"

"What's up, Cutie?" I pinched her cheek playfully.

"I wanted to give you something. I have your Christmas gift, Ricky."

"Oh. You didn't have to do that."

"Yes I did, Ricky. I'm your...your girlfriend."

"Alright. What do we got?"

"Here." She passed me the small box. "I know it's not a lot, but Mom refused to let me-"

"Hey, Gi? It's okay. And she's right there, so be quiet." I chuckled

"Okay, go ahead, open it."

I carefully opened the lid, and inside saw a chain with a charm on it. I smiled and looked up at her.

I love you

"I know it's really, really small, but I figured-"

"It's perfect."

"There's one more thing, Ricky."

"A photo album?" I asked, as she passed me the book.

"I put in a few photos of us. I figured it could grow with us." She grabbed both of my hands and kissed them with her own hands around them.

She then grabbed the necklace and put it around my neck.

"Well, guess I'll continue to be a guy who wears necklaces."

"Mmm." She smiled.

"Gi?" I looked over at our parents, deep in conversation. "You know what? It'll be fast, we'll be right back."

•••

"Where are we?"

"Welcome go my apartment's roof."

"Do you realize how romantic you can be?" She asked.

"I try." I said, bowing to her. "Do you find this romantic?" I asked.

It began snowing as I dipped her, pulling her in for a kiss as she was dipped down.

"Yeah. Yeah, I do." She chuckled out of breath.

We laid down softly next to each other, looking at the stars.

"Merry Christmas, Gina."

"Merry Christmas, Ricky."

"Gi?"

"Hmm."

"This may be our first year celebrating together, but I'm confident it's not our last."
