i keep on reading other fanfics and getting new headcannons bases off of them in a way so here this is. i dont really remember where they came from and this chapter will be a continuous chapter
-when he has to rescue a child and he knows the child is seriously injured or not going to make it, he'll introduce himself as Evan instead as Buck. he feels guilty if he doesn't, he believes that child should at least die knowing his birth name. he doesn't know why.
-always acts like he's great at talking about emotions but actually, since the therapist in s1 he's never fully opened up to someone that isn't Maddie
-has ADHD, i don't really know about autism since ADHD and autism share some similar traits but going off his hyper-ness, im gonna go with ADHD
-claustrophobic, assuming you can imagine why
-actually really smart and could be an EMT if he wishes, just prefers the more dangerous side of the job. he doesn't tell anyone though, he likes not being asked everything like he's google
-has been in love with Eddie since they first pulled that bomb out of that guys leg but he realised when he called him Evan.
-amazing with children, calming them down on calls even to helping out wit his friends children. people always go to him for advice or when a child won't calm down on a call. nobody knows why and every time they ask a child, they just go magic
-hates being submerged in water. anything above his shoulders always makes him panic
-always asks a nurse at the hospital they drop the caller off to and ask how they are. if they don't make it, he always sends flowers. After Devon, he's too scared to go in person
-still blames himself for Devon sometimes, especially after the tsunami, he believes Chris getting lost and Devon not grabbing his hand are both his fault
-loves physical affection, but not like hugs, someone laying their head on his shoulder, holding his hand, ruffling his hair. he has to trust the person for him to hug them
-is absolutely the youngest child of the 188, and Hen is his favourite 'sibling'
-people mistake him for being really sweet and kind but is fucking terrifying when needed
--called Maddie mum for a while. he noticed early on his parents ignored him and saw Maddie as a parental figure until she moved away
-when he told Bobby he quit the seals training, he didnt. he couldn't turn off his emotions but could lower them significantly.
-never told anyone what happened during the tsunami and they don't know fully other than christopher as he's had nightmares about it while during 24hr shifts.
-actually loves the MCU Universe, and his favourite characters in order are Peter parker (andrew garfield) deadpool, daredevil, black widow, iron man.
-loves the show supernatural since the ghost call and has a massive crush on dean. and acts like season 1 and 2 sam
-used to get really bad nightmares and panic attacks after everything he's been through. he'd sometimes even pass out but just never told anyone.
-switch, prefers top but does bottom every so often
-extremely insecure, doesn't know why
-during the lawsuit, because only Athena's family and Madder where there for him, except Bobby, Buck and Michael became really close, and in a way, he started to see him as a dad. He helped him with figuring out he was bisexual and accepting it
-during the lawsuit, when Eddie called Buck exhausting, he still sometimes remembers it in nightmares or extremely bad days
