➵ ❪001❫ yumi was born in seoul, south korea in asan medical center. ➵ ❪002❫ yumi has an older brother, who was born in 1997, and an older sister who was born in 2000. ➵ ❪003❫ yumi was scouted by yg, jyp, fantagio, source music, starship, pledis, sm during her trip to korea in 2016. ➵ ❪004❫ among the members of aespa, yumi is the most flexible. ➵ ❪005❫ yumi LOVES shopping. ➵ ❪006❫ out of all of the companies who scouted her, yumi decided to join sm because she is a big fan of nct. ➵ ❪007❫ yumi's first bias in nct is mark. she admire him sooo much and was wondering how he could memorize so many choreography's. ➵ ❪008❫ yumiwas a professional ballerina before debut from 2008-2018 and trained in stuttgart ballet in germany and in hashimoto sachiyo ballet school & jr in japan. but stopped because she wants to focus on her training in sm. yumi is also a proffesional dancer. despite her being busy with ballet, she always spare time to practice her dancing skills. ➵ ❪009❫ yumi is allergic to cucumber. ➵ ❪010❫ if yumi wasn't a singer, she would be a professional ballerina. ➵ ❪011❫ yumi lived in korea until she was 3 years old, then she moved to japan for her mother's work while her dad stayed in korea. then at the year of 2007, she, her siblings, and her mom moved to germany for yumi's ballet training. at 2012 they moved back to japan. then she move back to korea by herself at the end of 2016 to start training in sm. ➵ ❪012❫ the first nct member that yumi met was jaemin. they met on the sm's cafetaria and talked for a while, then eventually they exchange phone numbers. ➵ ❪013❫ yumi is a BIG FAN of harry potter. her favorite character is luna lovegood because it suits her personality. ➵ ❪014❫ yumi's favorite colors are white and pink. ➵ ❪015❫ yumi LOVES ice cream so much, she could eat 3 ice cream in a day. ➵ ❪016❫ yumi LOVES disney soooo much. her favorite movie from disney is coco. it is the first movie that made her cry. ➵ ❪017❫ yumi's favorite song from nct dream is chewing gum. ➵ ❪018❫ all of yumi's family members lived in korea since 2021. ➵ ❪019❫ yumi confessed to jisung in 2022. and she got accepted and started dating since jisung likes her back too. only their family, friends, and the company knows that their dating. as of right now, they have no plans to go on public. ➵ ❪020❫ yumi has an love-hate relationship with nct's haechan. everytime they met in the company, they started mocking each other. but, their members know that they secretly adore each other. ➵ ❪021❫ during early 2018, yumi was offered by sm entertainment to choreograph nct songs. at first, she declined the offer, but after a while, she accepts the offer as long as they will keep her identity hidden. ➵❪022❫ yumi felt uncomfortable using the word 'oppa'. she only used the word 'oppa' for her brother. so, everytime she met a boy who's older than her, she would call them by their name, and they would let yumi do that.
