The story starts from naira and kartik said I hate you to each other after kartik left naira leg tripped and she fall from the terrace and a big rock hitted her head she fall unconscious just then naitik and naksh came there.

They cut the call while they reached hospital and took naira inside.

Keerti - woh choti dadi naira kartik se Milne gayi thi waha usse samjhne ke liye gayi thi aur phir kya huaa pata nhi.
Naksh - matlab ki ye sab kartik ki wajah se huaa hai agar meri behen ko kuch bhi huaa Naa toh main usse choduga nhi.
Naitik - naksh tum conclusion pe mat jaao kya pata naira kaa sach main accident huaa hai but I think hume naira par zayada dhyaan dena chahiye.
Kaveri - meri bacchi ko sahi salamat rakhna bhagwan.
Devyani - kuch nhi hoga humari naira ko bhabhi maa aap tension mat lijiye.
After 3 hours doctor came outside.
Naksh - doctor ab meri behen kesi hai?? Woh thik haina??
Doctor - jii ms.naira ab out of danger hai.
All sign in relief and started thanking to God.

Doctor - but unke sar pe bohot gehri chot lagi hai toh isliye maybe she can lost her memory.
