In the morning
"Good morning!" Poppy and viva yelled slightly causing me to wake up "what time is it?" I yawned and rubbed my eyes "it's time for you to get up hun" poppy said "okay what do you guys want for breakfast?"
"Pancakes please" viva looked at me "what about you?" "I'll have pancakes too" I stretched and yawn again "pancakes it is!" Viva quickly left the room and soon came back with pancakes on her hands
"Let's eat shall we?" We ate and talked about some random things "so y/n can we talk for a bit?" Viva asked "yeah sure"
We left Poppy's room and went to branch's bunker "so what's up?" I looked at viva and branch in confusion
"Branch is gonna propose to poppy next week so I thought we can help him prepare everything" my eyes widened slightly "I AM SO IN!!" I yelled excitedly
"So here's the plan" branch said as we gathered and listen to him
"Oooh this is so exciting" I squealed "I know right!??" Viva said "don't worry branch we're on it" he smiled and nodded "thanks guys"
We went back to poppy and act normal
"Hey poppy so we're wondering if we could watch the fireworks together next week" viva smiled and held Poppy's hand "sure but what's the occasion?" She looked at us confused "um nothing we just want you to watch the fireworks with us" I smiled nervously "okay!" She said.
Time skip
Viva and I met with our friends as we helped branch prepared the decorations for the surprise party, but then Brozone showed up "hey guys" viva said
I facepalm and sighed 'ah shit here we go again' I mentally smack myself when I saw floyd.
Meanwhile
I helped biggie and Mr. Dinkles put the decorations on the wall "move it slightly to the left" biggie said as he held the ladder tightly so I won't fall "okay" I moved the flower decoration and put more other decorations to the wall "there all done, What do you think?" I wiped the sweat on my forehead and smiled "it's pretty, BUT I REALLY NEED TO PEE I CAN'T HOLD IT ANYMORE!" Biggie said as he left the room
As I was about to go down the ladder malfunctioned causing me to fall, I closed my eyes tightly ready to hit the floor but someone caught me and held me tightly
I opened my eyes and saw floyd looking at me worriedly "are you alright?, are you hurt?" "No I'm fine" he hugged me as he sighed in relief "thank god you're alright" I blushed slightly and saw the others looking at us as if saying 'gurl are you two dating?'
I looked at floyd "you can put me down now" "right sorry" he blushed "um thank you for catching me" I smiled "you're always welcome love- I mean y/n"
We both blushed in embarrassment as someone cleared their throat "Ehem! you both do know that we're still in here right?"
Time skip
We all finished decorating so I went out to get some fresh air but then I remembered the incident earlier
Ugh stupid stupid floyd why does he makes me feel this way!? Every time I think of him I always feel butterflies in my stomach like what the hell is wrong with me!?!?
Am I really falling in love with him? Suddenly my thoughts were cut off "hey y/n"
"Floyd what are you doing here?" Floyd suddenly appeared behind me holding my favorite flower "for you" he smiled and hand the flowers to me "oh thank you" I blushed and looked at the flowers
He sighed and sat to the floor next to me looking at the stars "hey y/n" "hm?"
"Is it weird if told you that I really like you more than a friend" he looked at me "i- I don't know" he held my hand as he leaned close to me "I really like you and you don't have to like me back just let me admire you until my feelings fade away" he smiled
I bit my lower lip hesitating to tell the truth "no actually I like you too" I looked away as I blushed like a tomato
He chuckled grabbing my cheek and turn my head to meet his "I love you" I smiled "I love you too floyd" he leaned forward and closed his eyes
And that's when his lips touched mine
I closed my eyes as he kissed me passionately. Floyd wrap his arm around my waist pulling me closer to him
After a few seconds we both pulled away blushing like a tomato
"Finally you're mine" he chuckled and wrap his arm around my waist pulling me closer to him as he gave me quick kiss on the lips again "HEY!"
"What?" He chuckled and tried to look innocent
