The tree

The clock officially hit December 1st in the city of Naboo. You finally decided that it was time to put up the decorations and make your house more Christmas friendly.

Going to the storage space to be face to face with many boxes that are labeled " CHRISTMAS " on it. Many colors poked put of the boxes, red green and white filled the boxes that would be filled with ornaments , garlands and some even filled with drawings.

One by one you grabbed and placed each box into your house. Your house would soon be filled with many boxes that you would have to sort , assemble and find its correct place for the rest of the month.

You first start with the kitchen placing hand towels that would rest on the stove and on the island would be placed tiny wooden houses that would contain fake snow. You looked up at the clock and saw that it read 2:30 pm and you still needed to do the living room.

Quickly tackling the bathroom with hand towels and gingerbread scented hand soap before going to the living room. You take a quick look of the living room already having an idea on where you want everything and everything to be placed.

You went over towards your tree and opened the box that had labeled " CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS " Written in bold black writing. You start to place many ornaments of every size, circle, oval, rectangle and some even shaped as snowflakes. You carefully take out the glass star that sat at the bottom of the box that was wrapped in bubble wrap.

Quickly rummaging through the living room placing many Christmas blankets and many Christmas pillows on every seat and couch along with placing your stockings on the mantle close to your bookshelf.

You sat down with your attention to the clock that read 3:45 pm. You decide to rest your head on the sofa before hearing the door giggle open revealing your boyfriend of 3 years, Luke.

Luke gasps before turning his attention to you " Decorated huh ? "

You then quickly pick up your head and turned to face Luke. " Mhm ! "

' Do you like it?" You say and turn to face Luke who continues to stand in the hallway looking like he is thinking.

" What do I think about it? I love it ! " Luke replies

As you hear Luke's words you couldn't help but let out a slight smile at Luke and his words.

" We still need to do the star." You say

You then watch as Luke's attention leaves towards you and his attention on the star that is sitting on one of the shelves of the bookshelf.

Luke quickly walks over towards the tree and you get up from the sofa.

" You ready ? " Luke says unraveling the bubble wrap that contained the star inside.

You nod as Luke looks at you with his dreamy gorgeous eyes before placing the bubble wrap on the bookshelf and holding the star in his hands.

Luke then going on his tippy toes and places the star on the tree before giving his attention to you and giving you a kiss.

He places his hands around your waist and his chin onto your shoulder as you both admire the Christmas tree.
