this excellent employees of mine is keep making mistakes and didn't even bother to fix it.

They keep talking and intruding someone's life.

To the point that they cannot focus on their own work.They didn't even notice that i'm standing infront them, ignoring my presence and ignoring me while i'm calling their name's.

They slowly look at me with nervous expression

"Isn't it your work hour?"

"eh ba't nagdadaldalan pa kayo?.
Di ko kayo pinapasahod para magdadaldalan at pag usapan ang buhay ng iba, pinapasahod ko kayo para mag trabaho"
"Sorry ma'am" they said and hung their head low
"This is last warning. if i caught all of you being chismoso't chismosa ng taon, you'll better pack your things and leave this building, do you understand?" I utter sternly.
"Yes ma'am"
'yes ma'am yes ma'am pa kayong nalalaman tas maya maya makikita ko na lang na nag gagalawan yang mga walang toothbrush nyong mga bunganga'
I huff before going back to my office and finish some papers. i'm also waiting to the one's who applied to be my assistant, cause you know, walang tumatagal na assistant sakin kasi strict daw ako.
I'm not strict naman, it's just that pag naging maluwag ako sakanila, eh baka di na nila gawin ng maayos yung trabaho nila.
I was interrupt with a sudden call.
"Hello?"i spoke up
"Ma'am? Nandito na po yung yung nag a-apply maging assistant nyo"
"Papasukin mo"
The door cracked open, revealing a woman who seems in her twenty's. Mukha syang foreigner.
"Konnichiwa, I'm Hirai Monica" she say enthusiastically
"Nag tatagalog ka?" I ask straightforwardly
She look at me confusedly.
"I said, can you speak Tagalog?" I ask annoyingly
"Oh, i can't ma'am" she says with apologetic look
"You need adjust, not everyone here is good at English and besides, we consider that everyone should know and speak Tagalog" I said sternly
"Oh, okay. I'll study tagalog right away ma'am" She said
"You can start tom-" I was cutted when the door opened, revealing a man on a leather jacket, a cap and a mask.
He took off his cap and mask, completely unaware of the girl sitting on the chair infront of my desk.
"What are you doing here?" I abruptly stand up and start panicking.
"Well, can't i visit my wife" He said while walking over to me.
"But i'm working, can't you see" I gesture to Monica, who's completely stunted on her seat.
"Oh" He utter while looking at her.
"J-justine de dios!?" She almost shout.
"Oh look, another fan"He said nervously.
"You're getting yourself on trouble" I utter lowly and glared at him.
"Hon-"
"We'll talk later, umuwi ka muna" I said and give him a fake sweet smile while giving him a hard glare.
He didn't object and stumbled while getting his thing's before going out.
'para naman tong tanga' I thought while looking at him
I sat back down to my seat and cleared my throat.
"So, i was saying. you could start tomorrow" I said and look at her, she's still looking at the door....
"Ms. Hirai" I called out sternly.
"Ma'am. Uh, what is it again?"
She ask nervously.
"Are you listening?" I ask coldly and furrow my brow.
"I-i'm sorry ma'am" She mumbled softly and look down.
'uy, wait, wag kang iiyak'
I just sigh and massage my temple.
"You'll be starting tomorrow" I said emotionlessly
"Oh, okay ma'am. Sawamat po" She says in tagalog and bow,
nabulol pa nga.
I just hummed and watch her leave.
'good luck sayo gurl'
