Power: Blue flames like Rin however he has more power than her. Because of that Ruka can control her flames better due to her having less power to control. She has a katana like Rin but It's just a normal sword. When Rin unsheathes Kurikara then her flames automatically activate so she has to be near Rin in case he uses his sword.

Other: Her name means "bright blue flower"
(Please no comments about the fact she's Rin and Yukio's sister. I know it's kind of cliche, but this is how I designed her)
