Chapter 3

Elvis ,Scotty ,Bill ,and Rose are all at the diner while on tour  .Rose gets up and heads to the bathroom leaving The guys to talk while they are talking Elvis begins making a rose out of a napkin and a lady next to them notices .

"My what a beautiful thing you made "June said 

"Thanks I made it for my friend "Elvis said 

"Well I'm sure she'll like it "June said 

"Yeah me too "Elvis said 

"Wow, E.P you ever make Dixie a rose before ?"Scotty asked 

"Is Dixie your friend ?"June asked 

"No , she's my -"Elvis said 

"Girlfriend and the Rose he's making is for our best friend Rose who went to the restroom who if I might add he has a crush on "Bill said 

"Oh , looks like your in a tight situation "June said 

"You can say that "Elvis said with a chuckle 

Rose returns and sits next to Elvis 

"There was a line oh El what a lovely flower "Rose said 

"It's for you bumble bee "Elvis said handing her the rose 

Rose blushed and smiled as she accepted the napkin rose from Elvis. She held it delicately in her hands, her eyes sparkling with gratitude.

"Thank you, Elvis. It's beautiful," Rose said softly, her voice filled with genuine appreciation.

Elvis grinned, his heart pounding with nervous excitement. He had never been good at expressing his feelings, especially when it came to Rose. She was more than just a friend to him; she was someone he cared deeply about and couldn't imagine touring without.

"You're welcome, Rose," Elvis replied, his voice filled with warmth. "I thought it would brighten up your day."

Rose's cheeks turned an even deeper shade of pink as she glanced at the others sitting at the table. Scotty and Bill exchanged knowing glances, their eyes twinkling mischievously. "This is so sweet "Bill says
"If only E.P wasn't dating Dixie "Scotty whispered
"But you know we can't be together El You're dating Dixie " Rose said
"Yeah I know "Elvis said
Bill checks his watch and sees the time
"Oh boy we should get going before that  Colonel fellow starts wondering where we are " Bill says
"Good Idea  "Scotty says
Scotty and Bill head outside and Elvis and Rose are left in the booth
" You ready El? " Rose asked
"I'm ready Bumble Bee with you I'm ready "Elvis said
