Chapter Three

Lili's POV

We sat outside the convenience store at the bench. Sobrang awkward since walang nag sasalita samin.

"Uhm...".

Sabay naming banggit.

"You go first".-haechi
"No you go...".-lili

She took a deep sigh and said.

"I'm sorry for making it awkward tuwing nagkikita tayo. I know it's hard for you too pero di ko talaga mapigilang mailang".

I didn't know what to say since totoo naman yung sinabi nya. Napaka awkward talaga tuwing nagkikita kami. What should I do? I mean ako naman nagsabi na kahit anong mangyari e magkaibigan parin kami.

I looked at her and held her hands.

"Haechi... I know this is weird and all pero, Can we at least try and fix our friendship? I'm really sorry for putting you in this position pero kung di tayo gagawa ng paraan mas magiging awkward pa to".-l

We just stared at each other for a good minute when she smiled and said.

"Well then... should we start again? As friends... Just friends".

I smiled back and nodded.

Oh haechi... you have no idea how much I've missed that smile of yours.

We talked for a while at di na napansin yung oras. Maya maya ay narealize kong mejo matagal na kaming nag uusap.

"Oh shit, Haechi what time is it?".-l
"I don't know sorry I forgot my phone".-h
"Mine's dead, Patay ako neto kay Chocol baka nag aalala na yun".-l

I hurriedly stood up at akmang papaalis na when she pulled my arm.

"Lils...".

I looked back at her.

"Can I walk you home?". Dagdag nya.

Should I let her? Baka pag nakita kami ni Chocol na magkasama, na kami lang kung ano isipin nun.

"Uh... Maybe another time, Let me talk to Chocol first na inaayos natin yung friendship natin. I don't want her to think of something else kapag nakita nya tayo".-lili
"Oh...Yeah you're right...".-haechi

ALI'S POV

It's been almost an hour simula nang umalis ni Haechi so I decided to walk around para hanapin sya.

I was near a convenience store, Nasan kaya tong babae na to? She even forgot her phone...

Habang naglalakad ay napansin ko yung likod ni Haechi, Argh finally! There you are... I was about to approach her when I realized na may kasama sya.

Oh... She's with Lili.

Bakit magkasama sila?

I hid behind the tree and spied at them. What the hell am I even doing? Bat di ko nalang sila lapitan?

I took a glance at them again.

Lili gave her a hug.

I looked at Haechi and... the way she looks at Lili it's....

She never looks at me that way.

(Sigh)

Why am I even thinking too much? It's not like we're dating naman.

I started walking back to our apartment without letting them see me.

LILI'S POV

Nang makauwi na ko sa apartment namin ni Chocol ay nakabihis panlakad na sya.
