Saga was now a teen and she was working on a machine in a hidden underground pond that she had found on Berk's mountain.

( A/n: I don't own the image, but this is what the pond looks like. )
Saga: ( to herself, with a smile as she was pouring some kind of gel into the machine: ) According to my calculations, the monstrous nightmare gel should create enough heat when ignited to not only fuel the Scauldron heart, but it'll create enough heat to have the water warm up to the perfect temperature for people to be able to go in the water without having their flesh boiled off. And with that and the healing properties of the fauna in the pond, this pond will become a perfect place to not only relax the wounded to ease their pain, but it'll help clean open wounds to prevent infecti-
The machine then created a small explosion of black smoke, knocking Saga back a few feet away from the machine and the pond.
Saga: ( to herself with a smile as she sat up: ) It appears my calculations were slightly incorrect, as the Scauldron's heart appears to not be able to handle the heat of the ignited nightmare gel just yet. Further testing is needed.
She then heard a scream outside, and she walked out of the cave to the underground pond to see the village in the distance, and she saw the chaos happening.
Saga: ( calmly, with a smile: ) It looks like Hiccup got out again. Welp, back to work.
Saga turned around and went back into the cave.
( A few weeks later, when the riders went to face the Red Death )
Saga was walking through the village with her book of the blueprints and sketches of her projects and future projects.
Saga: ( to herself: ) Maybe if I made some kind of cooling system within the Scauldron heart, it will prevent the heart from overheating-
Saga looks up to see Hiccup and the other teens fly off of Berk on dragons.
Saga: Oh my Thor. How- Wait. ( Gets an idea ) Of course! I need to go to the heart!
( Hours later )
Saga was back in the underground pond, and she had made another machine that was attached to the Scauldron heart and it was hooked to the pond's waterfall.
Saga: Now, to turn it on and give it a test.
Saga then pulled a lever, turning the machine on. She was mentally preparing for it to explode, but it didn't, instead the pond's water began making small amounts of steam and the plants began to glow slightly. Saga then slowly put her hand in the water, she smiled happily as the water was now the perfect temperature like she hoped. She then cheered in joy as she spun in a circle.
Saga: ( happily: ) YES! IT WORKED! I GOTTA SHOW THE CHIEF!!
Saga ran outside, and when she got to the village, she saw that everyone had returned from the Dragon's nest and she saw Stoick at Gothi's hut. She ran up to Gothi's hut and went up to Stoick with her book in her hands.
Saga: Stoick, I got-
Stoick: Not now, Saga. I don't have time to deal with another one of your failed inventions right now.
Saga: But this time it didn't fail, I promise once you see it, you'll-
Stoick: ( shouts: ) I said not now!
Saga was a bit taken back by Stoick shouting at her, even though she was somewhat used to people shouting at her out of annoyance. Before Stoick could say anything else to her, she gave him a sad smile.
Saga: Okay, I understand... It's probably nothing special anyway. I'll leave you be...
Saga then walked away from Stoick and away from Gothi's hut. As Stoick sighs, Gothi walked up behind Stoick and....hit him over the head with her staff with a sour expression.
Stoick: Ow! Gothi.
Gothi wrote something on the ground, telling Stoick that he shouldn't have shouted at Saga.
Stoick: I know, but I need to focus on Hiccup right now.
Saga had gone back to her house, that was far on the other side of village, with a sad smile. She closed the door behind her as she went inside, the interior of house was somewhat messy with various sketches of inventions on the walls, but there was a portrait of her mother holding a toddler Saga hung over the fireplace. Saga looked at her mother's portrait with a sad smile.
Saga: Hi, Mom, I'm home. I'm going to bed early today, it has been...a rough day. Night, love you...
Saga then walked to the stairs and went up to the second story, she went to her room door, which was to the side of the hallway, across the door to her mother's old room. Saga's room had a workbench against the wall beside her bed, and many bookshelves, and on her drawer was the Viking Chief piece. Saga calmly placed her book on the workbench before falling backwards onto her bed with a tired sigh.
Saga: ( sighs ) Just another day of my life on the Isle of Berk.
Saga then slowly fell asleep as she stared at the ceiling, as she was questioning if anyone would ever believe her in inventions or see her more than a nuisance.
