He kept following me, trailing behind me like a lost puppy. But I didn't care anymore. All of that used to startle me, but now, it's comfortable for me to know that Mason would follow me anywhere because we trusted each other that much.
A hand tugged at my sleeve and I turned to face Mason.
"Is something wrong?" I asked, noticing he was facing the floor.
"I can't do this anymore." He muttered, "I really can't."
"Do what? Mason what are you talking about?" My immediate reaction was fear because he didn't want us to remain friends.
Ever since Mason and I went from the stranger zone to friends, it seemed like it was fate that brought us together.
"I've been holding myself back, because I didn't want to scare you. Jiho, I really like you. Not as a friend, but so much more." Mason admits, raising his head so this him and I stare into each other's eyes, "I like you."
No words come out of my mouth. Mason...likes me?
