Who are they?

A guy named Axel Mason, born to a rich family of lawyers. Throughout his life he has always wondered how an ordinary life feels. He was always staying in his house and has never got out by himself in fact he had to go with the bodyguards his  mother assigned to look out for him.
As a family of lawyers his mother couldn’t let her son be at risk of danger so she always made sure that his son Axel was safe. Axel was not complaining about his life I mean who would? His family owns a law firm and has spent his whole life watching his mother Nancy buying houses and going on trips with his father Robert.
He has alwaysss watched his parents buy lavish things they even bought him a house for his 21st birthday.
He was also a smart boy. Axel received recognition every year for his academic performance. Axel’s parents always knew Axel would have a better future on their son’s future. Axel’s mother even talked to her business partner’s daughter for a marriage which Axel didn’t know about.
Axel wanted to be a doctor someday because he had a passion for helping people. He had this dream which he hopes that someday he will achieve. But Axel’s parents had different plans for him. They wanted him to follow his parents footsteps. They wanted Axel to be a lawyer and someday be as successful as his parents.
Axel is still in third year college taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing. If you’re wondering if this is his pre-law course, the answer is yes or…. Maybe no. He promised his parents that this was his pre-law but it wasn’t. He had different plans.
Axel is a consistent dean’s lister. Which are his stepping stones as he will enter med school, hopefully.
Axel had this one girl classmate, Elise Athisa. Elise can often be described as a clean and elegant girl. She wasn’t loud and annoying. She was also very smart. Elise was a girl any boy would dream of. Elise’ s family wasn’t rich enough compared to Axel’s. Elise’s parents only had enough to pay for her college.

One Day at University

Elise’s POV

It was a normal day in the university. Just casual studying with friends and listening in class. I had my eyes on this one boy in my class. I heard his name was Axel, if I’m not mistaken. He always had this strong manly aura. He has a strong personality, well maybe because he’s from a family of lawyers. Is being a nonchalant appearance a requirement in lawyers? Hmm I wonder.
As I was listening to class I couldn’t help but get distracted by Axel even though he didn’t do it on purpose. “What is the powerhouse of the cell? Can you answer my question Ms. Athisa?” My professor called me using my surname. “Mitochondria, ma’am” “Wow, I must say I’m impressed with you Ms. Athisa, It’s my first time seeing a student who answered my question despite not paying attention in my class.” My professor said sarcastically. “I noticed that Mr. Mason caught your attention.” Axel glanced at me. “I’m sorry” I apologized. I admit that I felt embarrassed after my professor called me out. “Goddamn Elise are you falling for this guy?” I said in my mind. “What! Did I really say that?” I guess you did, Elise.

Axel’s POV

As I entered my class, I couldn’t help but notice this one girl’s appearance. I think her name is Elise, If I’m not mistaken. Elise looks so pretty. But I can’t take the risk of looking at her straight. Instead, I paid attention in my class. As my professor kept discussing I can feel that someone is looking at me. But I just ignored it because I can’t be failing this class.
The moment I knew it. My professor called out Elise. She asked her a question but Elise still managed to answer it. “Wow, I must say I’m impressed with you Ms. Athisa, It’s my first time seeing a student who answered my question despite not paying attention in my class.” My professor said sarcastically. “I noticed that Mr. Mason caught your attention.” What is she serious about that? I glanced at Elise and our eyes met, but I had to look away. After that, Elise apologized. That was such a weird encounter. I don’t know if I should be romantically excited or feel bad.

Elise’s POV

After my class I went home and asked one of my closest friends, Shane if she could come over. I called her. On the phone I asked her. “Hey there best girl” I said. “Hey best girlie” She replied. “Mind if you come over? I just wanted to share this experience that I felt earlier.” I asked her. “Me? Come over? Girl I would love to.” She replied. “I’ll go get ready and I’ll head there in maybe 10 or 30.” Shane said. “Okay girl, bye” I dropped the call.
After 30 minutes of waiting my girl arrived at my place. “So tell me, What’s new? Do you have a boyfriend?” She said excitedly. “No Shane, I have a weird guy in my class but a different kind of weird. He’s like the hottest weirdo you would ever meet. He had this dark and strong, mysterious aura and it suits him well. I had my eye on him throughout my whole class and the professor called me out. Like, it was the most awkward thing you would experience.” I shared it with Shane. “Tell me more.” Shane replied.
“Okay, so after the professor called me out he glanced at me and it felt like it was slow motion like how could he be that attractive right? Like, that’s illegal mister. I don’t know if I had a crush on him but his name is Axel. I also heard that he’s from a family of lawyers. So I wonder if it’s a requirement for them to have a nonchalant appearance.” I told Shane. “Well to answer your question, I can’t conclude how you feel about him but don’t fall for him. Don’t rush, Get to know him girlie don’t rush things.” “Thanks for the advice Shane you really are the best.” We both hugged each other and I told Shane if we could have a sleepover so that we can go to the campus together and she said yes.
