THE DIALOGUE.

A HEARTFELT CONVERSATION.

Alex: I'm used to cold Decembers, never even shiver now.

Sel: Wrapped up in a warm blanket sitting by the fireplace.

Alex: Not sure I deserve so much, so I wonder how.

Sel: cold night but my mind kept thinking of the good times.

Alex: Like summers past I spent happily in naive obliviousness.

Sel: Shivering means nothing to me when you are by my side.

Alex: It's nice to have a friend with whom I can confide.

Sel: you came into my life a real friend that I can count on forever.

Alex: This tether connecting us nothing could ever sever.

Sel: In you, I feel so free it's like a warmness flowing through this body of mine.

Alex: With you, I need no shot of whiskey to brave the outer cold.

Sel: You are my long days and nights the happiest feeling that I need.

Alex: Despite the long distance, you still seem so near to me.

Sel: I've found my home and my heart in you the one I call my best friend.

Alex: you make me believe in a better world every single day.

Sel: I'm forever grateful for the strength and courage you impart in my life.

Alex: I don't trust easily but I'll know you'll never let me down.

Sel: Finding you was like finding an angel one made of pure love.

Alex: You made me believe in God above for bringing us together.

Sel: Being here with you today, forever and always is where I want to be for the rest of my life.

Alex: I hope you'll still be there for me for months and years to come.

Sel: God knew this friendship was meant to be from the beginning.

Alex: One that started between two poets and became so poetic itself.

Sel: Here I am standing strong with you through it all.

Alex: I know your intentions are good, you don't even have to speak.

Sel: You are amazing and I'll cherish you for the rest of my life.

Alex: Like the embers of the fireplace you keep me ever warm.

Sel: My fireplace you are so warm and bright.

Alex: You encourage me to share my light with everyone around me.

Sel: You help me to find my peace and all the goodness in my life.

Alex: You're always truthful and that inspires me daily.

Sel: Through the ups and the downs, we always find our way back to each other.

Alex: You found me at my lowest and helped me to look up.

Sel: On my worst days, you've been my listening ear and the greatest help.

Alex: Even if I'm slow to respond, you're always so patient with me.

Sel: Patient, I'll always be giving you my love I'll never back down.

Alex: If it weren't for you, I'd go days without talking to anyone.

Sel: I'm glad to be a part of your world.

Alex: I'm happy to share it with you.

Sel: Never will I look back but I'll keep on looking forward with you.

Alex: With you, I've overcome my past and can't wait for many more days to come.

Sel: Together we will accomplish great things.

Alex: All it takes is putting one word after another.

Sel: Saying thank you for everything.

Alex: Especially thanks to God.

Sel: For without God, we wouldn't have been on this timeline.

Alex: And you make me so sure that this is the best timeline possible.

Sel: May this journey never end.
