Werewolf×Wizard (Taekook ff)(Yoonmin)(Namjin)

Part 10

The war began and this time the king of the Werewolves and the king of the Vampires stepped into the war ground. As advised by Jimin, werewolves used silver weapons loathed with vervain to the war and the battle went slowly  on Werewolves side. As the war followed the two kings stood face-to-face. 
Eunwoo- How? How do you know our weaknesses? growled angrily
Taehyung- Why? You think only you can cheat on by meeting Jennie? growls back
Eunwoo- So you know. But do you know what was our deal? smirks
Taehyung- What? angrily
Eunwoo- You snatched something from me, something very precious and I want it. growls
Taehyung- Stole from you? Never. What are you talking about? confused but says coldly
Eunwoo- Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook. He is MINE. growls angrily
Taehyung- No he is not. He is my fated mate, he's mine. growls and glares
Eunwoo- He might be, but that face and body. Man, only a fool can let go of him. smirks

That was enough for Tae as he punched him right on his jaw and both the kings began with their hand to hand combat. As the fight went on, Taehyung took the lead and in the end he killed him. The vampire army walked back to their kingdom as their king died meaning they lost the war. 

Taehyung- Wolves, the victory is ours. he declared

The army cheered happily but it died down when Taehyung suddenly collapsed. Yoongi quickly came and noticed blood pouring from his abdomen heavily probably the result of the one-on-one battle with the Vampire king. He quickly ordered some men to carry him to the palace and to get the doctor. The solders obeyed. By the time they reached the castle, the rest of the werewolf along with the Luna came back, delighted to know they won. However, Jungkook did not look delighted. He knows something is wrong so he waited at the castle gates for his love.

But when he notices him being carried and rushed to his bedroom by the guards, he froze. He literally stopped breathing and felt numb. He saw Yoongi following behind with the doctor but the elder did not noticed him, not wasting a second for starting his treatment. After a few seconds he came back to his senses and followed Yoongi. He saw him standing outside Taehyung's room door, clearly worried and nervous.

Jungkook- Hyung?    he asked softly
Yoongi- Luna, you're here    eyes widen in surprise
Jungkook- What is going on Hyung? What happened to him?    he asked softly, not wanting to break down yet
Yoongi- Jungkook    he whispered and looked at him hesitantly

Jungkook came close to him and hugged Yoongi tightly. Even though his heart was breaking apart he knew Yoongi is hurting too, just like him. 

Jungkook- It's okay hyung, tell me.   he encourages, eyes getting teary 
Yoongi- Doctors said its difficult for him to survive. He was stabbed with wolvesbane, its a venom that kills all werewolves, no matter the rank.   he explained, his eyes also getting teary

Jungkook breaks the hug and looks at him. 

Jungkook- Let me in then hyung, I can help saving him.   serious
Yoongi- W..What?  stunned
Jungkook- I know some venom releasing spells hyung, let me try to help him.   pleads
Yoongi- But Jungkook he, he is in a bad shape. Can you bear seeing him like that? I do not think you should do this. Especially you, I know what is going on in your mind. You are clearly tired, worried, panicked, freaked out and scared as hell but you are not showing.   very worried
Jungkook- I am perfectly fine, hyung. Don't worry.   he gives a fake reassuring smile and looks at the guards
Jungkook- Open the gate.   The guards nod and opened the gate.

He enters the room and looked at the King who was laying down on the bed , eyes closed as if he was sleeping. His upper clothes were removed and a bandage was tied around his abdomen. The doctors were busy mixing some liquids and herbs to try and help as much as possible even though they know its gonna be useless. He trembled and whimpered after seeing his condition, tears build up in his eyes, but he collected himself. No, its not the time to break down, I have to save him.

"You all may leave" he said to the doctors and helpers.
"But Luna-" one of the doctors tried to reason but was cut off.
"Thank you for your help doctor but please, allow me. Maybe I can save him" he said while walking close to his bed, kneeled down and hold his hand gently.

The doctors nod and walked off, leaving the fated mates behind. Jungkook gently caresses his abdomen area and removes the bandage, examining the wound. In the meantime, Yoongi came in and stood on the other side of the bed. He did not wanted the younger to be alone at this time. Jungkook looked at him and Yoongi nodded understanding what the younger was trying to say,
"Don't worry Jungkook I won't interfere, but let me be here with both of you. Please." He requested, eyes tearing up.
Jungkook gave him a small sad smile and nodded, allowing the elder to stay. 
He looked around for the required herbs and medicine and started working quickly, using both his magic and hands. He immediately applied the paste to the injury hearing a painful moan from Taehyung. After applying it he started reciting spells, trying to evaporate the venom out of his body. Yoongi just quietly stands near the bed, looking at both of them. The spell started working making Taehyung shift and sweat. His breath fastened and the wolvesbane started evaporating out of his body. Yoongi's eyes widen in astonishment and happiness, Jungkook actually might save Taehyung. The process took about 30 minutes and each and every drop of the wolvesbane evaporated out of his body and the paste already healed all his wounds. Jungkook stopped and looked at Yoongi. He gave him a small smile and nodded and within the second he hugged Jungkook tightly mumbling thank you's. Jungkook hugged him back too, a small smile on his face. 

He ran out declaring that the king is fine. The whole kingdom cheered in joy along with Jin who was patiently waiting outside. Jin and the doctors went back in to check the king's health. By the time they came in Taehyung opened his eyes slowly and looked around surprisingly feeling fine. He felt someone touch his arm and he saw his Hyung and Yoongi, smiling at him despite having dry tears on their face. He smiled back and sat up.

Taehyung- W-what happened?
Jin- We won, my little wolf. We won. Thanks to you.   He hugged him tightly, tears brimming and falling from his eyes 
Taehyung- How did I managed to survive? I remember I was stabbed with wolvesbane. The stab wound is gone too.    He asked confused, breaking away from the hug 
Yoongi- Who do you think can do such magic, my king?   he says softly, a small smile on his face.
Taehyung- Jungkook?   he asks, eyes widen in shock
 Both Jin and Yoongi nodded.
Taehyung- Where is he?   he asks, looking around
Yoongi- Oh he is just here......wait......where did he go? He was here when Prince Jin came in.   confused, looking around

A soldier cam in with a knock and bows down in respect.
Soilder- Your majesty, the wizard from earlier is here. 
Jin- Jimin?
Soldier- Yes, my prince
Jin- Let him in. 
The soldier bows down and opens door for Jimin to come. 
Jimin- Your majesty, Commander , Hyung everyone alright?    worriedly peeking in the room
Jin- You can come in Jimin-aah   He chuckles
Jimin- Oh, okay   enters
Jimin- Your Majesty, I heard you are stabbed. Are you alright?
Taehyung- I am well, indeed. Thank you. 
Jimin- That's a relief.   sighs
Jin- Jungkook helped.   informs
Jimin- Oh that is nice, wait- he did WHAT?    shocked
Yoongi- Yeah, he evaporated all the wolvesbane from the king's body and even healed the stab wound. Look. 
Jimin- Oh god where is he?   asks worriedly
Jin- Jimin, what happened? What's wrong?   worried
Jimin-  I'm sorry for my language but that little brat, he is not supposed to practice this spell without supervision, hell it is not even in his syllabus yet.   ruffles his hair and sighs frustratedly
Taehyung- What? 
Jimin- Yeah, how the hell did he knew this spell in the first place?  I am not mad at him for helping his highness but he should also understand the risks that come with it.   
Taehyung- What risks?   Coldly
Jimin- For someone new, doing this spell  is very exhausting. Some students even collapse and have bed rest for like 4 days to recover to gain their strength back. They themselves get sick too, nausea, fever, body ache or cold. They need great care. That's why, where is kookie, hyung?
Taehyung- Kookie? You called Jungkook that last time too, and now you even called him a little brat. Who is he to you?   raised eyebrows
Jimin- He is like my younger brother, his highness. We are friends for about 15 years now.   smiles
Taehyung- I see   nods
Jimin- Now where is that dumb bunny, I need to smack some sense into his big coconut head.   
Taehyung- No need, I will talk to him. 
Jimin- It's okay your highness, I won't hurt him. He is my baby bro after all.   smiles
Jin- I want to witness this bickering too, let's go.   stands up
Yoongi- Poor guy   stands up, showing the way to Jungkook's room
Taehyung nods and follows too thinking about the weird yet cute nicknames Jimin called Jungkook as, but also worried for him.
