The hunt with a little sister

(A/N this story is starting off after the hurricane cause idk how imma do it anytime before)

It was the day after hurricane Agitha hit I had past out late last night because Blake was up with the thunder and storm Blake has always been scared of thunder it's every time there's a storm I make sure I'm with her

I heard little footsteps run in to the room

"Bubba!" I heard Blake's voice she was still slightly tired but still awake enough

I sat up swinging my feet on the floor

"Hey pumpkin" I said picking Blake and setting her on my lap 

She leant up and kissed me on the cheek "bubba juice?"

"I'll get you some" I say standing up and putting Blake on my him

I walked out to the kitchen and seen jj in the living room asleep like usual

I set Blake on a chair at the counter and got apple juice and pourd it into a cup and gave it to her while I made her breakfast

I made some pancakes and put strawberry's with it

I gave it to her I made my self some eggs to eat

We finished I put the plates in the sink to wash later

I helped Blake off the chair

"Hey why don't you go and wake up ur uncle jj" I say quietly to Blake

"Yes!" Blake says and does her cute run towards the side of jjs bed

"Uncle jj!" Blake yelled climbing up on to jjs bed

Jj half asleep carefully turned to see what was happening and seen Blake he carefully turned over

"Hey princess" he said in a raspy voice princess and cupcake is the nicknames jj has for Blake jj has always been like another older brother to Blake he loves her just as much as I do and would do anything for her 

"Time to get up jj" Blake said

I walked out the porch to see the damage  and there was a lot

"I will just give 5 more minutes okay?" Jj say

"No get up now" Blake complained

"Okay fine" jj said smiling at her

She giggled as jj stood up and picked her up twirling around with her before placeing her on his hip following home out

"Agitha did some work huh?" Jj said

I turned to him seeing that Blake was playing with a Toy jj must had gave her while she was in his arms

"She sure did" I said moving tree branches and moved to my boat that was covered in trees

"What you thinking?" Jj asked walking over

"I'm thinking that storm surge pushed all the crab out on the marsh maze" I explained "all those drum are gonna chase the crab"

"What about the dcs wasn't that today?" Jj asked

"Nah there not getting on a ferri" I said "think about it that's god telling us to fish"

"Jj it for you" Blake said giving jj a toy phone

Jj fake answered it to play along "hello who is this? I think you got the wrong number"

I laughed seeing how jj acted with Blake jj has a soft side for Blake ever sense my dad went missing

I finished cleaning out the boat and got it ready to be took

I hopped out and walked over to jj and Blake
