Tw: sexual assault (almost) and violence

Today Penelope's first lesson was Divination and they were doing Crystal balls and trying to see into the future. Penny and Daphne thoughts this was pretty funny because the only thing in the Crystal ball was mist "Hey Penny watch shes going up to your fellow gryffindors over there"Daphne said and two girls watched as Sibil trelawny walked up to the golden trio and put her misty voice on "well thats not good no is it?"she said and the three looked at her blankly "well thats a death omen my dear"she said to Harry and started rubbing his back but he quickly shrugged her off. "Can i try?"Hermione asked. "Well of course my dear"Trelawny said and Hermione focused on the Smokey crystal ball for a minute or so before loudly saying "I can't see anything other than smoke" and professor Trelawny tutted "Divination is a subject not all can do, it's very difficult you just have to have the skill and I'm afraid studying and books won't help you as your too serious". Hermione scoffed "i knew this class was utter rubbish and a complete joke not to mention a waste of my time" she then grabbed her bag and slung it on her shoulder which hit the crystal ball knocking it over. She watched it fall to the ground, roll for a bit and then stormed out not caring about the consequences.

Later that day, after dinner Penelope was walking back to her dorm in an almost empty corridor meaning she could see almost everything going on, she then saw Cormac mclaggen, ew , she also saw he was Dragging Ginny Weasley  into an empty classroom. Penelope felt sick to her stomach Ginny was only in second year cormac mcglaggen was in fourth, she ran down the hall and to the classroom which now the door was locked and it wouldn't budge she quickly grabbed her wand out of her pocket "alohamora"she said and the door unlocked there Ginny was crying while Cormac was forcing himself on her. He was kissing her while she was crying, repeatedly telling him to stop and she was trying to push him off to no avail. Penelope looked around the classroom silently and quickly trying to find something to help Ginny, luckily because it was a muggle studies classroom there was a frying pan "get off of her"Penelope yelled and as Cormac turned to face her she whacked him hard with a frying pan and he stumbled back before Penelope tried to push him but he didn't move, he was much taller and stronger than her.

He then shoved her hard and she fell on the cold stone floor Alexander then threw her to the hard wooden floor she shook her head and got up ridding herself of the flashback. "Cormac this what i think of you"she said and kicked him hard in. The balls luckily today she wore heels because she thought she might need them and it made thge pain even worse when her and Ginny left he was curled up on the floor.

"Thank you"Ginny said "your welcome" Penny said and smiled at the younger girl "are you okay?"Ginny asked "I'm fine but are you okay?" Penelope replied and Ginny shrugged "I'm Penelope by the way but you can call me penny"she introduced herself "i know and I'm Ginny"Ginny replied penny smiled"i know and listen Cormac is a complete tosser try and stay away from him he's creepy and has tried the same thing with me" Ginny just nodded "thanks for saving me" "no problem I'll make sure the he get a beating by tomorrow " Penny  mischievously smirked "what how?"ginny asked "my slytherin friends"was all Penelope said.

They then both got back to the common room "you take care of yourself"Penny told Ginny "i will thanks and can you not tell my brothers they'll freak"Ginny said "sure thing"Penny said and hugged ginny before walking out of the commmon room and down to the slytherin ones.

"Hey what took you so long?"Theo insisted when Penelope sat down next to him and lean her head on his chest "cormac mcglaggen was forcing himself on ginny Weasley so i helped her out end of story"Penny explainedchanged into the "well did he hurt you that guys a creep"Blaise said "where's Daph"Penny asked "stop trying to change the subject"Enzo told off "you guys are ganging up on me not fair"Penny huffed and Theo gave her a menacing look "Penelope did hurt you?"he asked voice gruff "no"she lied and the three boys saw through it easily "that might work on others but not on us"Blaise said and Penelope rolled her eyes "Daphnes asleep you took so long that she was snoring waiting for you"Enzo joked "no seriously where is she though?"Penny asked "with that ravenclaw boy"Blaise said and Enzo scowled while Penny nodded her head.

"Princess stand up"Theo demanded and Penny rolled her eyes and stood up Theo scanned her body for any injuries but couldn't seem to find any "how did he hurt you?"Theo asked concerned "he didn't"Penny flashed him smile but her eyes weren't agreeing with it "Penny i know you better than that"Theo said before starting to pat her down deciding to see where her expression changes; her shoulders and arms, neck, face, back, stomach, hips she winced hissing slightly in pain without even realising and got annoyed at herself for showing it, she didn't need Theo to baby her, she could look after herself.

"Show me"he insisted and she shook her head "not here"she said and he nodded grabbing her hand and softly pulling her to his dorm he then grabbed grey tracksuit bottoms which were definitely going to be too big for her a one of his white t-shirts "sorry this is the smallest stuff i have but you can change in the bathroom and then it will be easier for you to show me"he said and Penny simply nodded walking into his bathroom and changed into the oversized clothes rolling the tracksuit bottoms a few times before coming back out.

"Okay show me your hip"he inquired and she pulled the bottoms down a bit and the top up slightly to reveal a large, deep red patch which would be bruised over by the morning. "Are you okay?" He asked "yeah I'm fine"she replied and he stormed out of the dorm muttering "hes dead"under his breath and Penny followed after him. When Blaise and Enzo saw the two they also followed "password?"he asked softly to Penelope "fortuna major"Penny told him and the four walked into the gryffindor common room to find Cormac on the couch and Theo pulled him up by his shirt collar and without a word punched him hard in the jaw knocking him unconscious he then let him drop to the floor which he hit hard and the group left none of them saying a word.
