We pick up our story right where we left it off. Sonica is being held by her throat by a newly born Zombot Shady. Y/n was watching it as he felt a tingle of guilt and regret

Sonica takes action by grabbing Zombot Shady's hand and flipping her back on her feet. She then spindashes away and stops when she gets next to Y/n
Sonica: A healthy Shady would've seen that move coming and countered it. You're not at one hundred percent. That's good!
The duo noticed that the Zombots have them surrounded. Although, they made an open space where all three hedgehogs could fight
Y/n: But dealing with you and a city's worth of Zombots isn't so good

Shady rushes in to fight the two hedgehogs. Sonica goes in first and they both go in for a kick. They end up clashing with multiple kicks

Y/n rushes in and sweeps Shady's legs, causing her to fall on her back. He then kicks Shady in the ribs, causing her to skip like a rock on the ground. She gets back up only to see Sonica coming at her with a homing attack
Sonica: Up high!
Shady catches her and slams her on the ground. Y/n then grabs Shady and tossed her into the air
Y/n: Down low
Sonica, while on the ground, charged up a spindash. She then spindashes into Shady
Sonica & Y/n: You're too slow!
Sonica lands and let's put a puff of tiredness
Sonica: Y/n, there's no way I can keep up like this and help you protect a truckload of uninfected people sitting right there
Y/n just gives her a nod of acknowledgement. He turns his attention to Rouge
Y/n: Is everyone loaded up?!
Rouge: We just finished!
Y/n: Cool! I'll quickly clear out a straight path for to drive out off!
