* June 2039*

It's now June.

At least that's what Auburn thinks.

She's beginning to lose count of the days she and the rest of her peers have been in this underground place.

Everyday was now a complete blur with the same routine over and over again.

Auburn can't even remember the last time she actually got the opportunity to go outside and feel the sun beam on her skin.

Now that it was June, the month of summer, she's afraid she'll never get the opportunity to feel the sun beam on her skin.

As the days got closer, she began to feel more and more nervous about July.

The month they were supposed to go into an actual battle of Assassinations.

Auburn still wasn't completely sure about how it would work, but she knew she was over the
edge nervous about it.

She was close to being absolutely terrified if it
weren't for her best friends' optimistic attitudes about the situation.

She and Ellie were still in the same room,
sharing one.

They didn't warmn up to each other at all.

Still silent and argued whenever they did
speak. She had come to the conclusion that their semi-civilized conversation in the shooting range was just a one time thing.

The rest of the group was still the same.

Keeping to themselves and their few friends.

Auburn woke up and hopped down from her
bunk bed to see Ellie was supposedly waiting for her to use the bathroom before she
could.

Ellie was shirtless, besides her sports bra, per usual since Auburn picked up that she doesn't wear shirts to sleep.

Quite frankly, Ellie's body is always such a treat to look at, so Auburn wasn't complaining, It made sharing a room with Ellie easier since ninety percent of the time, she was 'shirtless'.

"You know, you don't have to wait for me to
use the bathroom first," Auburn mentioned
bluntly.

"Just go use the bathroom, so I could use it,"
  Ellie sighed impatiently.

She scoffed. "Did something crawl up your
ass? You're always so fucking pissy," Auburn
grumbled, walking to the dresser.

Ellie throwing her legs over the edge of the bed to sit up, she rested her elbows lazily on her knees. "Have you not pieced together what
the fuck is even going on, Reid?" she spat.

God, Ellie's hands and her veins.

   Her muscles.

The way they flexed beautifully with every
small mnovement.

Auburns eyes quickly saw her moth tattoo when she wasn't gazing at Ellie's muscley figure.

"Im not an idiot, Williams. I'm well aware of
what the fuck is going on," Auburn snapped
back, turning around to face her.

Ellie huffed a cold, short laugh as she laced  her fingers together, draping lazily between her
legs. "Yeah, alright so then you have the
balls to ask me why I'm so pissy?" Ellie
drawled, his lip curling.
