Beast Form #2: LC330t Merman

Element: Water

Discription: Resembles a lizard with fins, but is as large as a human. This beast form was developed by following specific biological data provided by the government. Though the source of the data is unclear, the Merman's aquatic abilities have highly strategic uses on the battlefield. The Merman Form is capable of encasing highly compressed bubbles of air in a thin mucous layer that can be launched at targets for deadly results. While the results of the experiment have proven quite successful, the unknown nature of the species upon which the Merman is based leaves far too many unknowns. Further research is quite necessary.

(Powers and Abilities)

Enhanced durability: The Merman is rather durable, as shown when he was able to withstand being thrown.

Enhanced jaw strength: Possesses sharp teeth which can act as the most deadly weapon, being able to slice through steel. 

Enhanced reflexes:

Enhanced strength: Strong enough to punch a hole into a dock and hold any object in his jaws.

Enhanced swimming: Being able to swim through the water with ease at incredible speed with amazing agility.

Tail transformation: Later possesses the distinctive ability to turn his legs into a fish's tail, giving himself a merman-like appearance, and vice-versa.

Underwater breathing: Exclusively can breathe in water and withstand the pressures of the furthest depths.

(Attacks)

Bubble barrier: The Merman can form a giant bubble around himself. It takes multiple hits before popping.

Bubble barrage: The Merman can shoot out three high pressure water balls.

Bubble lead: He shoots out a heavy bubble which has a heavy attack power and can be use to locate traps.

Bubble splash: The Merman blows a ring of bubbles that angles towards the enemy's vertical location.

High pressure cannon: Able to shoot out a ball of pressured water which explodes upon impact.

Splash laser: The Merman spits three short-ranged water blasts at the target.

Water balloon: The Merman shoots out a sphere of water at a low arc. 

Water cannon: The Merman can shoot pressurized water from his mouth.

Watersprout: The Merman creates a spray of water.

Water vortex: Swimming in high speed, he can create a underwater vortex to suck in enemies.
