It's the last night of tour and this time they are in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania Jack's hometown and his family are coming to see him perform

"Please welcome on stage Ivy Wilson" Jack said as Ivy walked on stage and the crowd cheered

"Hello everyone" Ivy said waving

"So Ivy has a few words and then she's gonna end the show" Corbyn said

"I just want to start off by thanking the boys for letting me join them on tour. You guys have been amazing and I think we can all agree" Ivy said as the crowd cheered louder "So when Randy asked me to come on tour with the boys I was very confused but also excited to start a new chapter of my life" She added

Ivy ended the show by singing a few songs but she kept eye contact with Jack as she sung the last song and then got off stage

"Jack that was amazing" A girls voice said

"Isla you made it" Jack said

"Of course" Isla said

"Mom, Ava" Jack said hugging them

"I'm so proud of you" His mom said

"Is this Ivy as in Ivy Ivy?" Ava asked

"Yeah this is Ivy" Jack said as she turned around

"Ava?" Ivy asked looking at her

"It's really you" Isla said

"Isla wow you've grown" Ivy said

"I can't believe you and Jack found each other" Ava said

"It's a long story" Jack said

"Jack, Ivy we have to go" Jonah said

"I'm sorry guys, I'll call you okay" Jack said as he hugged his family and left with Ivy

"Oh I just need to get my things from the green room" Jack said

"I think I left my purse in there" Ivy said

"Okay hurry up though" Corbyn said

Jack and Ivy went to Jack's green room as Jack got his things and Ivy got her purse

"Hey Ivs" Jack said

"Yeah?" She asked

"Thankyou for everything" He said

"Of course I'm just doing my job" She said

"No I mean not leaving when you saw me" He said

"I wanted to but I knew we had to talk" She said

Jack moved closer to her and placed his hand on her waist

"Jack what are you doing?" She asked

"Shh just be quiet" He said as he slowly kissed her

She kissed back because she wanted to but then Jack's phone started ringing
