Her Terrible Mood Swings

They were overjoyed to find out that they were expecting their first child. However, as the weeks went by, Pia's pregnancy brought along a rollercoaster of emotions and unexpected cravings.

One sunny afternoon, Pia was sitting on the couch, feeling a mix of excitement and frustration. Karan, her loving and patient husband, sat beside her, ready to face whatever came their way.

Pia was rubbing her belly "Oh, Karan, I can't believe we're going to be parents soon. But these mood swings and cravings... they're driving me crazy!".

Karan replied smiling "I know, my love. But remember, it's all part of this beautiful journey. I'm here to support you through it all."

Suddenly, Pia's face lit up with a peculiar craving.

Pia made a naughty face "Karan, I need pickles! Lots and lots of pickles!"

Karan is surprised and asked "Pickles? Now?".

Pia said with naughty grin "Yes, right now! I can't explain it, but the tangy taste is all I can think about!"

Without wasting a moment,Karan quickly got up and rushed to the kitchen, determined to fulfill Pia's craving. He rummaged through the pantry until he found a jar of pickles, then grabbed a plate and carefully arranged the pickles in a neat pile. He returned to the living room, where Pia eagerly awaited her snack.

Karan handing her the plate "Here you go, my pickle-loving queen!".

Pia was grinning "Oh, thank you, Karan! You always know how to make me happy."

As Pia savored each pickle, Karan couldn't help but admire her radiant smile. He knew that these unpredictable cravings were just a small part of the incredible journey they were embarking on together.

Days turned into weeks, and Pia's mood swings continued to surprise them both. One evening, as they cuddled on the couch, Pia's eyes welled up with tears.

Pia said sniffling " Karan, I don't know why, but I'm feeling so emotional today. I can't help but cry at the simplest things."

Karan wrapping his arms around her "It's okay, my love. Hormones are playing tricks on you,but I'm here for you. Let's talk about it. What's been bothering you?"

Pia said taking a deep breath " I guess it's just the overwhelming feeling of becoming a mother soon. It's a mix of excitement, fear, and a whole lot of emotions that I can't quite put into words. I worry if I'll be a good mother, if I'll be able to handle the responsibility, and if I'll be able to provide our child with all the love and care they deserve."

Karan Said  gently wiping away her tears  "Pia, you are already such a loving and caring person. I have no doubt in my mind that you'll be an amazing mother. We'll figure things out together, every step of the way. And remember, it's normal to feel a range of emotions during this time. Let's embrace them and support each other, just like we always have."

Pia replied nuzzling closer to Karan "Thank you for always being there for me and reassuring me, Karan. I truly don't know what I would do without you."

As they sat in each other's arms, a sense of calm washed over them. They knew that their love and blessings which they're going to get in form of their child.
