"I was furious , how can he say that so easily. If he wants to make this marriage a buissnes deal , then so be it." I complained to sarah. "Gurlll! He is a total asshole and a big jerk. You should tell this to your mother." She suggested. "No i cannot , or else he will turn the evidence against my client. The opposing lawyer seems very egoistic and reserved and mr.park is no less than a criminal. How can i even do that? Or even if i told her , won't he get revenge?" I asked. "How do manage to come across such irritating nut bolts." She said irritated. "Okayy leave him , he is a jerk anyways. Asshole." I am done with his shit , instead of being an asshole he could've been a gentleman , i would've easily said yes , it's not like i had a choice.
"Serena let's watch a movie." Suggested sarah. "Sure , its better than talking about him." Soon after she selected a movie and brought some chips , chocolates and popcorn , we sat down on the couch and the movie started. We were enjoying the movie then suddenly my phone buzzed , i picked it up and saw a message from an unknown number , i opened the chat and saw the message. I don't know who messaged me , but the text said "hi! Serena , how are you" i was a little confused , so i typed "hey! Who is this?" And clicked on the send button. Soon after i again got a text "it's me mason. Haven't talked to since highschool , let's meet up someday?" Oh i remember him , he was my highschool friend. "Oh hey mason! You good? Haven't seen you since." "Sure let's meetup , does next week 3pm at starstruck cafe sounds good?" I've got a lot of work pending this week as i had to go to that stupid date and i also went to my parent's house , i rescheduled a lot of meetings with my clients , this week is going to be hectic. I again got a text from mason "Sure sounds great , i am glad you agreed. I wanted to talk to you for a long time but just couldn't find your contact details." Mason was a great guy , he used to crack jokes , made everyone happy around him , had a great personality , was handsome and had that golden retriever energy oozing outta him. He was a really great friend of mine back in the days. I switched off my phone after i texted him goodbye and again focused on the movie. Sarah was so concentrated on the movie that she wasn't even paying attention to her surrounding. After the movie ended , me and sarah went in my bedroom and tossed ourselves on the bed and dozed off.
I woke up by the sound of my alarm , sunrays hitting my face , i was about to get up but i wasn't able to , i looked at Sarah's side and she was sleeping soundlessly , her leg thrown on me and her arms wrapped around me , so romantic. I pushed her off me after so much effort and went to shower. After 1 hour , i opened the door of my bathroom only to see sarah sitting on the bed , her eyes were closed , her hair looked like they were in several wars , i called her but she didn't even looked at me. I went to her and tapped on her shoulder , still no response , i again tapped on her shoulder with a little force this time , still she gave me no response , is she sleeping? I called her name this time but she gave me no response , i am sure she is sleeping , how can this women sit and sleep at the same time , how the fuck is she balancing herself. I quickly searched for my phone and clicked a few pictures of her at different angles. When i finished clicking her pictures i pushes her on the bed and she woke up in a hurry. "What happened?" She was looking like she just woke up after sleeping for several years. "Nothing happened , wake up you sloth , its already 7:08." I woke her to reality and she violently got off the bed and rushed to the bathroom to shower , i just shook my head and continued what i was doing. I just picked mine and sarah's formals and got myself ready. I was just wearing my watch when sara ran out of the bathroom bursting the door open like she is in a marathon. "Did you chose my outfit for today? Where is your hairdryer? I am hungry is the breakfast ready? Can you do my hair?" She said running everywhere in the room. "Woman calm the fuck down , the hell you upto , sit down first , let me do your hair , i have selected our outfits and the maid is making our breakfast and we will be having it in our room , kayy? Any other questions?" She smiled weirdly and shook her head.
