What the future can hold?

Chapter 1

It was a sunny day at California city. Percy Jackson was spending his vacation time from the college at the beach with Annabeth. They were joking around and laughing. Percy sits on the sand and watches the sea. Annabeth joins him.

- So, Percy? What are you thinking about? - Annabeth asks

- Maybe I'll visit the Half Blood Camp and spend some days there- Percy says

- Why? - Annabeth asks

- What do you mean? - Percy asks

- It's just that we are having so much fun here and at Jupiter Camp.....why would you like to spend days at Camp Half-Blood when there are so many obligations there and we are on vacation? - Annabeth asks

- Annabeth, it will be just a few days and there are still some people there - Percy says

- Like who for example? - Annabeth asks

- Clarisse - Percy says

- Clarisse? That stupid girl who bullied you and many other people? Wow! You just made me feel so much better! - Annabeth says sarcastically

- Would you stop? She changed, alright? - Percy says

- Changed? You mean about her body? Yeah, she lost some weight.... - Annabeth says

- You know exactly what I'm talking about - Percy says

- Well, whatever! I don't care about her, I just want to have some fun. Do you know how hard it is to work at Olympus? Let me tell you, a lot! It's hard to be me you know....always working and studying and now that we are having a great time, we'll go back to obligations by visiting the camp - Annabeth says

- Look, if you don't wanna go, just don't do it, okay? I'm not gonna force you to do something you don't want to do. I can go by myself - Percy says

- No! That's unacceptable! - Annabeth says

- Why? - Percy asks

- Because you could get in danger without me! - Annabeth says

- Annabeth, I'm more than 20 years old now. I can take care of myself! - Percy says

- Sure, seaweed brain! You are capable of handling things by yourself! - Annabeth says sarcastically and Percy only frowns at that not liking the way she meant it.
