The protagonist wakes up in his dimly lit room, eyes are still half closed, hair curled up, and his bed's messy.

He stood up and went to the bathroom to wash up his face and brush his teeth.

He looked at the mirror and saw his eyebags. But it was quickly overshadowed by his bright red eyes.

He has not been getting good sleep these last few days.

He then went to do what he needs to do.

He got out from the bathroom freshly done, hair's brushed down, face is clear, and is ready to go.

bUt-t-t!@)#! wh-hhhh-wh-where to?@#-(#&?

He went out and went to the library to meet his friend.

After meeting him, they greeted each other and went to a table.

There, they talked about anything they could talk about.

There was also this topic that his friend mentioned about the missing urban explorer/vlogger that went to a mansion. Apparently, he's been missing for a month now and no one has ever found him. They have checked the mansion, but those who have entered had never come back. They tried destroying it, but to no avail, this anomalous mansion seems indestructible.

And then after some time talking, the protagonist mentioned about his problem.

"Lately, I can't seem to notice but I'm not getting some good sleep from that newly bought home. I've been getting these dreams of that house."

His friend shrugged it off, telling the protagonists that he's just having a hard time adjusting to the house.

"You'll get used to it soon, man. It takes time for some people to adapt. Don't worry about it."

Since his friend said so, the protagonist just shrugged it off also.

They went to telling each other their own tale without a care for the time and the world.

02:30 AM

The protagonist was suddenly awoken by the sound of a gunshot outside.

He immediately rose up from the bed, breathing heavily, full of sweat.

He looked at the clock, and looked outside from the windows.

Empty.

There's nobody outside. No one with a gun. No one has been shot. No blood has been found.

He sat on his bed to think for a while and there, he remembers.

The loud crackling of a fireworks followed by a scream of terror and extreme panic. After which came the sound of a gun @)$;M1 Ga@$_#rand loading, followed by a single gunshot.

The protagonist now remembers clearly. Streaming blood, and.. a.. mansion..?

The protagonist was confused to what he has seen. But he's sure of one thing.

He is haunted.

The house he's in is the house in his dream. The gunshot sound came from in front of this house.

This house, and that mansion. What could be the connection?

@#&@*!?#..esting

The protagonist shrugged it off first and went back to sleep.
