So, this one shot is about what could have happened after the movie.
Operation was going for 6 hours continuously. During this time Viraj has not moved and is continuously staring inside the operation theatre. Yashna is holding Viraj's shoulder.

Aravind - Viraj, Mahi ka operation successful raha. Usko abhi shift karne do aur abhi 1 ghante ke liye koi nahin mil sakta usse.
Viraj and Yashna - Thank you Aravind!
Yashna - Aravind I am sorry! Main ...
Aravind - It's ok Yashna jo kismat mein likhi hai woh hi hoga! Ab main jaata hoon Mahi ko observe karne.
Viraj(while crying) - Thank you Bhagwaan! Aapne Mahi ko bacha liya!
Yashna - Viraj ab aur mat roo
TIME SKIP TILL MAHI WAKES UP!
Mahi has woken up! Viraj was sitting with her. Yashna has gone to canteen to bring something for Viraj
Mahi - Pa....Pa......Papa!
Viraj - Mahi! Mahi Beta aap uth gaye. Aapne bohot dara diya Papa ko!
Mahi(While Coughing) - Sorry papa!
Viraj - Baby aap kyun sorry bol rahi ho?
Mahi - Bhaagne ke liye aur aapko darane ke liye
Viraj - It's ok Baby
Mahi - Papa, Mumma ki shaadi hogayi kya? Woh humse dur chali gayi naa
Viraj - Mahi abhi aap rest karo. Yashna yahin par hai. Ye sabke baare mein kal baat karenge.
Mahi - Nahin Papa! Yashna hi meri mumma hai naa.
Viraj - Haan Baby. Par ye sab aap Yashna ko mat bolna.
Mahi - Kyun?
Viraj - Kyunki Yashna ko hum log stress nahin de sakte.
Mahi (Due to medicine effect is feeling sleepy) - Ok Papa.
Viraj - Mahi ab aap soo jaao. Good Night.
Mahi - Good Night Papa.
While Mahi and Viraj were talking they didn't realise Yashna had came back and she heard everything.
