so the reason i am taking a mini break or took a mini break is because i just felt down about school and friend stuff also
18/01 at night i decided to scratch my arm until a scratch scar was made aka cutting myself but in a weird way, i have also hit myself with a ruler in my arms till it felt numb or too red and have also hit my head against a wall (twice) or with bottle (no glass dont worry)
the bottle one was because when i felt guilty about something i would do that idk
the wall i dont even remember
the ruler and scratch was because i thought i was fun (still do)
dont worry ill write today (im no loner in the break)
