It was a red-letter day when Ann finally received her diploma upon graduation. Her parents wanted her to pass her examinations with flying colours before they are willing to buy her a beautiful dress.
Even though her parents expected her to do well because she was smart, they were still nice by her grades. The pupils were finally given the green light to set up their own stall in the canteen. When her cousin from Japan visited her, she decided to go out and paint the town red.
