Your POV
You felt slightly amused listening to MJ's panicked cries as Peter swung around the city. She clutched onto his arm and neck tightly, forcing Peter to swing with one arm.
"Peter! Do a flip!" You shouted, grinning under your mask and hood. You were following behind him.
"NO! Please don't!" MJ screamed again as Peter made a sharp turn around a building.
"Ok! You can put me down now- you can put me down now!!" MJ shut her eyes as Peter slowly lowered himself onto the ground. You did a flip and landed beside them. People around us were staring.
"You okay?" Peter let go of the web. MJ took a second to release him.
"Uh.. whoo... yeah. Yeah, I'm okay." MJ caught her breath, still shaken. "It's just- never, never doing that again."
"Ok. Well, we should probably get out of here." Peter glances at you, and you nod, smiling under your mask.
"Be safe." MJ added.
"See ya." You jumped onto a lamppost and waited for Peter.
"See you later." Peter said before also jumping onto the lamppost beside you. He waved, and the news screen started playing.
You turn your attention to it for a moment.
You watched the news screen with wide eyes, squating on a lamppost three feet from Peter's.
No way. No no no no no.
"We come to you now with revelations about last week's attack in London. An anonymous source provided this video. It shows Quentin-"
*record scratch*
'Let me stop you there.
'You know who I am, right? 17 year-old Y/n Parker? E/c eyes, h/l, h/c hair?
'Yeah, I'm Spider-Man's twin. Arachne. And that means I've fought lots of bad guys. We all know Vulture and Mysterio.
'Ah, Mysterio. I hate that guy. Here's why.'
*continue*
"-Beck, a.k.a. Mysterio, moments before his death. A warning, you may find this video disturbing."
Mysterio's face popped up on the screen, and a video was played.
"I managed to send the Elemental back through the dimensional rift, but I don't think I'm gonna make it off this bridge alive. Spider-Man and Arachne attacked me for some reason! They have an army of weaponized drones, Stark technology. Spider-Man's saying he's the only one who's gonna be the new Iron Man, no one else!"
You clenched the lamppost in your anger as your blood began to boil. That lying... b-word! You stare at the floor, looking at yourself in the puddle.
You inspected your dark blue, gold, and white color themed suit lined with nanotechnology. Your black eyes and hood made your expression look even more frightening than it had to be.
The video changed, and it showed Mysterio lying on the ground with Spider-Man next to him, but you couldn't see his face. You could see yourself behind him.
"Are you sure you want to commence the drone attack? There will be significant casualties."
E.D.I.T.H. You remember that voice.
"Do it! Execute them all!" Peter's voice yelled in the audio.
Explosions and firing sounds went through the video.
You could see how this video would look bad.
"This shocking video was released earlier today, on the controversial news website TheDailyBugle.net."
